Great location, nice big rooms. Very comfy bed.
Breakfast wasn’t the best everything was empty when we went down staff didn’t seem bothered about refilling things. Great that it has on site parking but £18 for not even 24 hours is very steep.

I've been staying at the Novotel in Leeds for several years now, and I keep returning because they always get it right. The room I booked was spotlessly clean, had all the facilities I needed, plenty of desk space, air conditioning and light. The staff are always professional and courteous, and every area of the hotel I visited was very clean and well maintained.
I was assigned to a room looking out onto the street which was quite noisy, and I don't think my window shut completely.

Great location, lovely staff, comfy bed, awful shower (the main reason we were there as we had an event in the centre and currently don't have a working bathroom at home).
The shower could not maintain temperature on any setting, shifting wildly from scalding to freezing and it flooded the entire bathroom. The shower water pressure was awful, however this wouldn't have been a disaster if it could have maintained temperature and actually drained.
