The hotel was amazing, the staff were really friendly and very welcoming. Our room was clean and tidy and the little essentials were appreciated, there was a hair dryer, kettle with tea and coffee available which was great. We had a very comfortable sleep and would stay at this hotel again.

Solid economy hotel that is a bit outside of the city center

Good value. Easy in and out. Near the highland laddie and casinos

I tried to order the 24 hour food service bar snacks at an estimated monday morning 2.30am and they was not available, don't advertise on posters around your hotel its 24 hour snack bar if this isn't incorrect, the staff was understanding and friendly.

Convenient 2 day stay for work.

Good location near city centre. Parking across the road. Access to main routes convenient. Plenty of buses into centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Room simple but clean and comfortable. As a solo, single, female traveller I felt safe. Love the 12 midday breakfast finish and checkout at weekends.

The breakfast was hit and miss. On the first morning (earlier) it was fine with ample choice. The second morning, there were no fried eggs and the marmalade had run out. The bacon was a bit 'pale'. I had to go and ask for cutlery and plates. Not too bad for the price though.

Decent hotel. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast

The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and the shower was great. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. Location-wise, it was about half way from the venue of the gig we were seeing and the railway station. As such it was reasonably situated.

My only complaint was that the battery in my room's door lock was dying when I was given the key. It took me 5/6 attempts to open it at first. When I got back from the concert, it worked first time but, after breakfast, it refused to open. It took around 20 minutes to resolve and to get me into my room. Thankfully, this did not impact upon my return transporation plans

Perfect spot for a night out in Leeds

The breakfast was delicious but I thought £10.50 was a little steep. The staff were constantly topping the food up so it was fresh all the time. There was plenty to choose from.

Parking. I wasn't able to park for 24hrs. Only 20 which meant I had to leave earlier.

An excellent base for concerts at the Brudenell

Room was of a good size and had everything I needed - tea making facilities and a TV with plenty of channels, for example. Didn't have much interaction with the staff but they were very helpful. Was in town for a gig at the Brudenell and the hotel was an excellent base for that - just £5 in an Uber each way. Walked to the train station after I checked out - it's only 15 minutes once you navigate the big roundabout outside the hotel.

There was quite a lot of noise in the area - either traffic or building work - but it wasn't a big deal and didn't keep me awake.
