    Stayed here for one night - mostly happy with my stay. Quiet and comfortable room but would have liked bedside light for reading in bed. Also 2 out of the 3 lifts seemed to be out of order while I was there. It meant very long waits sometimes. Everything else perfectly acceptable.

    Hotel lovely, rooms bit run down to say we paid for executive no difference to standard other than bit more room. Says robes and slippers but only 1 for 2 people. Carpet grubby not very appealing for difference in price

    Situated 5 mins from train station this was a pleasant surprise, check in was quick and efficient and easy. The room was on the 15th floor and they have 3 lifts and unfortunately they were very slow to work just by the sheer volume of people using it, the room was well equipped with a good selection of tea and coffee and a very well stocked bathroom with Espa products (hand soap, shampoo and shower gel) . It had an amazing view overlooking the city and was very close to the shops. Good bar at a reasonable prices also it had a 24hr food service for those who were feeling peckish and the reception area had fresh water to drink whilst in the Lounge areas , the bed was comfortable and given that it was a warm night the air con was very pleasant. Breakfast was good but not brilliant but buffet style so you could have yourself enough to get you through the morning with refills of tea and coffee on tap. Overall if you can get this for a good price then it's a great hotel to stay and given it's position in the city it's easy to get to get around.

    Location of the hotel was the only thing that is good about the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is old, need to be renovated and the beds are not comfy at all. No concierge, we had a lot of luggage and struggled to take them up and down by ourselves, only the trollies are available without any help of the staff. Furniture and beds need to be changed to accommodate the price that is paid!
