    Had a really enjoyable stay here in Leeds\. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep\. The breakfast was filling and provided a good start to the day\. The location is excellent—right in the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Leeds, shopping and getting around\. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and offered good value for a city\-centre hotel\. I would happily stay here again\.

    Hotel location and breakfast are the only good things about this hotel. I could not understand the staffs broken English and they seemed miserable with their job. Parking is £18 per 24 hours, it does not say when booking it just stated parking with no price mentioned and this price is ridiculous considering you are a hotel guest. Getting a train here would have been cheaper than the cost of leaving the car in the parking over the days. The room was dirty carpets all stained, marks on the walls, mould shower silicone, the tv is not opposite the bed so you have to look sideways. The fire alarm went off 3 times in one evening. Cleaning staff are extremely noisy in the morning. We were supposed to have a courtyard room but were on the main road which had the constant sound of cars and outside noise. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.
