Excellent would definitely stay again.
Recent refurbish, hotel is lovely, location really good too.
The only negative was our room windows could do with sound proofing. Was woken by emptying recycling glass bins.

Lovely building,breakfast very good and staff friendly and helpful
Our room was at the front and only single glazed so quite noisy. The table could have used additional lighting. Whilst ok in daytime with large window behind it was very dark otherwise and lamp was only dim and non adjustable .

Perfect spot for a long weekend visit to Leeds
Very clean, modern look and feel to a classic hotel building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location in awesome for Greek Street and the main shopping areas. 15 mins walk to first direct arena.
Standard Room was a little small but not unusual for the classic older hotel. Struggled at times to get hot water in the sink although the shower was excellent.

Excellent hotel
Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff and spotless rooms. The 6th floor is only accessible by stairs (lift stops at 5) but I was very happy with a gentle walk and my room was perfectly peaceful. Adjusting the thermostat was effective to get it the ideal temperature. There was a nice variety of foods and beverages for breakfast.

My room was VERY noisy with refuse collection at 4.22am reversing with alarm and then emptying a load of bins and glass

Good choice ,hot food, bacon egg beans sausage. Etc also available was cereals ,ham cheese etc tea and coffee. The hotel had a complete transformation from the old one, excellent decoration in every quarter. Nice quiet room, they did give me an up grade. Plenty of e-mail communication asking if needed anytime other services

Overnight stay in Leeds centre.
The hotel has been refurbished to really good standards. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. Includes all facilities. Greeted by lively friendly staff. All very helpful. Excellent location in the centre of town. Breakfast was excellent too.
