Absolutely everything! The staff from check in all the way through to check out were exceptional!
The room was delightful! Spotlessly clean. The bed is really really comfortable.
We had breakfast, again the staff - a lovely young lad from behind the bar- was very welcoming.
The food was outstanding, fantastic range to suit all.
Would/have recommended this hotel to everyone.

Excellent location, super friendly staff, beautifully refurbished
Lift out of order which couldn’t be helped but believe this caused delays as we arrived an hour after check in and our room was still being cleaned. Towel robes were still wet on the hanger

really big room. comfy bed. lots of coffee and drinks included. shower was amazing. shower products were nice. tv was good and had a lot available. staff were amazing. room service was good and well priced. location was exactly what i needed. lobby renovated beautifully. room decor very nice. air conditioning worked well. really quiet

Room was so lovely and spacious - the bathroom was one of the best! Bed was super comfy. Location was literally next to the airport bus stop and less than 5 minutes to the train station. We walked everywhere- restaurants, bars, shops as it was so convenient.
Staff were so friendly and helpful - especially Charlotte on the front desk!
