The hotel is beautifully decorated from the minute you walk into the lobby. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Its location is fabulous. Minutes of a walk to all of the best of Leeds. Also the bus from the airport stops right outside the door which was an added bonus.

It was perfect! The hotel looks and feels very expensive. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I checked in an hour earlier without any additional payment which was very nice. They provided a qiuter room for me which was also amazing. The room was big, very comfortable bed, super clean. Lots of complimentary snacks as well :)
Everything was great! The only thing would probably be not a huge variety of food for breakfast but it was still super fresh, delicious and you can order something new for additional 5 pound payment

Room was very comfortable. Everything you need was there. Very clean. Good variety of choices for breakfast
One elevator for the entire hotel. Wasn’t always possible to use when needed. Not a problem for us, but is a problem for elderly people.

Gorgeous deco
Very noisy room at the front of the hotel - kept awake most of the night with people shouting after a night out etc and then the bin lorry.
