Met the landlord upon arrival, who pointed out where my room was, and sent me the information about codes entering/exiting. The room was big and spacious, neat and tidy. It had a nice welcome feeling. Toilet and shower combined unit and clean and modern. Had a good night sleep, but I was shattered after a festival. Parking was outside the property in a litup area, which was safe and secure.
There wasn't really any "didn't likes", the following are just things that need addressing/ or could add value if present. - the coat hook rail is loose (I went to hang the towel and it came loosely forward. - the shower door dose need a stop butt inside, as sliding the door goes fully across which can trap a finger(which i nearly got caught on) - the kettle is good and the glass version looks modern, however when heating the water, the handle and top of the kettle had got extremely hot ( so this needs checking) Also having a towel hook in the shower area would be better than having to leave it outside, also a small hand towel for the sink. *(the sink was smaller for my liking, however I understand how best you used the space👍) *it may be good to have some hand-wash by the sink *the cabinet above the sink, when opening the door would feel like the unit was loose( it may need securing tightly) * the window could do with a blind/curtain ( as i prefer sleeping with no light entering) Apart from the few points above which are easily rectified. I enjoyed my stay thanks

It was very clean
We didn’t get off to a good start when the owners rang to say they had double booked us and could 2 of my guests go to an apartment they had a few minutes away. We had booked this in November, 3 mature ladies off to a concert at Roundhay park. Obviously we wanted to stay together and I advised them we would be. There’s a lack of glasses and basics in the rooms. I feel it’s set up more for a working populous. In my room there’s not even a curtain up at the window. It was light at 4am with gulls screeching outside. I had a very compact en-suite! The sink is part of the toilet cistern and it was awkward to brush my teeth having to lean over the toilet. We don’t see any staff. The joining instructions (how to access the premises etc) didn’t arrive until 15 minutes ish before our 3pm arrival time. They had said it would arrive 30 mins before and I had to call, I felt, to remind them we hadn’t had them as yet. There’s a fridge and a microwave in each room but no cutlery or crockery. Seems odd. Overall, the premises are very clean and cannot be criticised for that. Smell clean too (which is very important). Average facilities but served its purpose for one night.
