Pleasant but not as good as the price would suggest.
Very good breakfast and comfortable mattress.
Pillows were rather uncomfortable, staff was clearly confused by the new breakfast approach (moving away from buffet), room was a bit claustrophobic smaller than made out in the photos, toilet had someones short hair smeared all over wall tiles.

Really great Hotel, with great staff. Very clean and great interior decoration.
Staff were great, room size and decor lovely. Very comfortable bed, plus they had decorated room as we were celebrating our 40th Anniversry of going on our first date in Leeds.
The only place to hang clothes were on a bar next to the kettle and drinks area, when there was a great space next to the window.

The room was a bit expensive, the food was nice but very small potions which was a bit disappointing.

Fantastic stay – great staff, location and comfort
The staff were amazing throughout, from check-in to breakfast and the bar in the evening – Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast choice was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality food and coffee! The location is perfect for exploring Leeds, and the bar had a buzzing atmosphere in the evening, yet the rooms were impressively quiet. The room and bathroom were excellent – large, modern, and beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom seemed brand new. Brilliant stay from start to finish

Not returning - the barman and service let the hotel down
Good location for shopping and night life if you want this.
1. Reception do not answer the phone - ended up going downstairs to reception to speak to them 2. Booked a table in the restaurant - regretted this - music was far too loud for the size of the place. Heating was stifling. Bar man was extremely rude. We were not treated well - it was busy I understand but a “hello and take a seat we will get you a drink whilst we get your table ready” would have been welcome. We walked out and had to then find an alternative restaurant to eat at on a Saturday night. 3. Room was small - not enough space once the sofa bed is out. 4. No luggage stand for suitcases - three people in a room, so wasn’t ideal. 5. Restaurant was stifling on the first morning - tables were not cleared or set - we just had to find a table ourselves - the door guy just said yes sit where you like. Next morning it was much better service and the heating was much better. 6. So they discounted the bar tab as an offer of apology. Unfortunately even with this I would not back there again. 7.Location great as you can walk to Trinity and the Corn Exchange but it’s only good for the walking distance - the area felt grubby. The pubs and clubs weee loud and men fighting in the pub on the corner - I did not feel safe walking back there my own.
