The staff were exceptional in accommodating a bed request when one of our family members was ill, and made arrangments during a very busy time in the lobby. They did this with smiles on their faces and in all ways were professional and personable. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman who specifically helped us, because she deserves a special call out. She is very good at her job and made a difficult situation for us very much better with her competence, empathy, and attitude.

Nothing, the property it’s self is great, the only bug bare is the Parking recommended is extremely expensive even after the discount it worked out at £75 for 2 days

Great location and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The room could have been cleaner. Lots of dust everywhere. Toothpaste stains in the bathroom and an odd stain on one of the pillows.

The bar and food area charged you a service charge even if you fetched your own drinks and the drinks were very expensive
