Reception staff, Phoenix, was really welcoming. The room was great. The free coffee and croissant in the morning was lush.

Underfloor heating in the bathroom felt a bit weird in the middle of the night. I wondered if they could save money by turning it off!

We stayed in Leeds for daughters graduation as a family of four. We were met by Leah @ reception what a lovely warm welcome she was so friendly professional, friendly and helpful, she was lovely and a real credit to Roomzzz. Our apartment was great, clean and beds were comfortable, great location, great complimentary drinks tea and chocolate and would definitely stay again 🙂

Thanks to whoever was on reception who answered and OK'd a late notice request to check in early. Location is fantastic - a couple of minutes from the station and the town centre with all its shopping and bars - but just away from any noisy nightlife. Handy co-op very close too.

A really good stay in a great location

The size of the apartment was fantastic. The two bedrooms were perfect and the living room space was ideal for our group

The kitchen worktops could do with a little updating but this was only minor. The bathroom flooring was quite badly cracked but again this did not really affect our overall stay as this was just cosmetic

Central location, comfortable spacious room and exceptional staff.

Location is very central, easy walk to the centre of town and acceptable walk to Elland Road. Staff were exceptional. Had to leave very early the next morning. One member of staff (Adam) ensured fresh coffee and croissants were waiting for me before I left. Proper Yorkshire hospitality.

The location was great. The reception staff were extremely helpful and the room was clean.

The furnishings in the room could do with being updated. The couch was ripped and there were quite a few marks on worktops which made it look a bit shabby.

Perfect, covered everything we needed.

Great hotel, with everything you need! The room was spacious, with plenty of plugs, lighting, a desk, sofa and telly; it felt like a studio apartment, and had all the necessary facilities. The main lobby also had a few kitchen items (food, etc) in case you forgot anything.

I couldn't quite figure out how to cast from my phone to the television; it would have been good to watch my own streaming platforms. We also weren't sure on how to use some of the facilities, for example, the extractor fan. If there were stickers explaining how to use some of them, that would be great!

Nice rooms, lacked details not a relaxing stay

Central location and bed was comfy also apartment was a decent size.

1. Being woken at 6am - 6:15am every morning with bins being emptied etc outside and that continued till past 8am constant coming and going. 2. On arrival to room clumps of hair in shower room looked like cleaners hadn't finished. 3. Only 1 towel but was w of us had to ask for more. 4. Only 1 toilet roll there fir 3 days had to ask for more. 5. Emailed ahead as daughters 18th birthday and wanted some banners or something said they would stay sort something out but nothing not even a happy birthday from staff.

Lovely room and facilities, enhanced by fabulous staff.

Staying in a Smart studio The room layout and size were great, in particular the extra large bed, kitchen and lounge area. Location was ideal with a short 10 min walk to my work location in central Leeds and all the other shops etc. The room was clean and well presented. The staff were AMAZING, so polite, friendly and helpful. Really nice to have the reception and staff on hand to help with queries and questions. (Complimentary snacks and beverages in reception). Felt it was good value for money. Would definitely stay here again

Very little could have been improved, only small suggestions would have been for the room to have had a larger hanging rail and one that went left to right, rather than front facing, as made storing a weeks worth of hanging clothes tricky. Also to have instructions in the room on how to work the appliances e.g. the microwave, as the buttons were faded. However, the super helpful staff quickly printed off instructions and diagram of buttons.

Great location and customer service

Big shout out to Adam and Phoenix, who were super knowledgeable, accommodating, and a pleasure to chat to whether it was 7pm or 7am - their customer service was above and beyond! Great location otherwise.

Some appliances seem to be a bit outdated but overall clean and bathroom was great.
