Easy to find, great value!

Clean and well-appointed room with extras like an ironing board. Nicely decorated and friendly staff at the Viaduct Showbar downstairs.

It was a very bad stay and I want a refund for it.

The property was not clean at all and can there were period blood stains on the bed, the shower was flooding and it’s broken and the plugs in the room was not working so me and my partner had to use an extension to charge your phones.

Fairly clean

Very noisy throughout the whole stay , bed was extremely uncomfortable springs could be felt poking through, no cups for tea and coffee and no cups in the rooms to use instead. Tv wouldn’t connect to internet had to use our own phone hotspot.

the room design was cool

the walls were so thin we could here the people in the rooms either side fighting and having sex and taking drugs could even here just normal conversations was not pleasant stay at all we ended up leaving and not staying the night

Communication - didn’t receive check-in instructions until day after check-in. Was not informed that door code changed daily, nor sent new door code on second day. Bathroom - no hooks for towels and flooded under shower screen - had to request it to be mopped.

Quirky. Nice vibe. The bat downstairs was fun.

The site says it’s noisy, however that’s an understatement. The music from the bar had our first floor room vibrating until way past 4am. The music went on and on. The blind was off the window The bed was awful. Basically no sleep was had.

The staff on arrival was lovely. Great location next to train station and near shops/restaurants.

I really don’t like leaving negative feedback but I think people need to be mindful of a few things before booking as I didn’t do my research properly. The hotel is above a bar and next to train station. The room I stayed in meant you could hear the trains braking as they entered the station which was noisy. Then the music from the bar went on very late and into the morning. Sounds proofing is not good and you could hear the music word for word even with ear plugs, and noise from other rooms. This place would be great if you were enjoying the bar, and out late but sadly I had an early meeting the next day and it affected the whole of the next day and beyond.

Great location, great facilities!

On arrival we were upgraded as there was a problem with our original room and the room was essentially an apartment! Giving the fact we were next to the train tracks we did not hear one train all night. There are loads of Amazing restaurants right by the hotel and you are a very short walk to the centre. On the morning I accidentally left my smart watch in the room after checkout and the staff who were loading up the bar kindly helped me get back into the room despite them doing something to start with.

Great for a night out.

Really easy check-in through the bar downstairs and found my room OK. Comfortable bed and very happy to be provided with the earplugs for the night life the surrounds the hotel. Can't fault to location. Linen fresh and nice big towels. It does clearly say in the hotel description that its noisy so you just need to be prepared for that.

Not sure I love the tea and coffee being down the end of the hallways and at the bottom of the stairs, the blue flashing light by the facilities was a bit odd. The room could do with a little update I think, looking a little tired and it would be good to have a shower curtain or at least a bath matt, I had to use the second towel to put on the floor.

Hard to get in but ok once you had code . Reception service terrible, realise they busy but no manners from the guy giving out the keys although at 3 pm he managed half a smile to hand out keys .

Great place if you want the nightlife

Location was brilliantly placed among the most prominent and popular late night bars and clubs.

Provision of hot drinks for the room was a floor below and there was no milk until checkout next morning

Fantastic, quirky room with a cool vibe.

Loved the quirkiness of the place/room. Fantastic location. We regularly visit Leeds as live in York and Whitley Bridge...there was noise from the Viaduct Bar but it didn't stop us sleeping-without warning plugs too. We visited the Viaduct Bar on our way back after our night out and thought the acts were fantastic and mesmerising. We will definitely be back when we next visit Leeds x

It served a purpose as it was close to all amenities, but I definitely wouldn’t stay again

The location is good as it’s close to the centre but it’s right next to the train track and over a nightclub so not suitable for anyone that struggles to sleep with lots of noise

The communal areas were dirty, getting to our room was very awkward, the lighting in the room is diabolical it’s so dark and dingy, you can’t see to do your make at all. There was a mirror in a very dark spot but with no socket near it so I had to dry/style my hair in the reflection of the tv

Nice clean room and in a great location in the city centre.

Hotel advises it’s noisy… that is an understatement I’m unsure how with the noise that comes from the bar/club below it can trade as a hotel and if anyone has ever managed to sleep here.

A great hotel for a fun night out - very vibey

Lovely room and bathroom absolutely in the heart of Leeds nightlife as described - it is noisy until about 4.30am, we expected this and it wasn’t a problem for us at all but don’t be naive to that when booking. Staff were lovely and checking in and out super easy We left our bags after we checked out which is a great and really useful touch

Not worth the money spent

The location was pretty central

It was very unclean (false eyelashes left from the previous guests, dust everywhere, hair in the bed and all over the floor) The mattress was cheap and broken (not comfy) The staff did not respond to messages about the condition of the room, they ignored my message. They changed the code to the door to get in without notifying me. The hotel is also based above a pub/night club and underneath a train track (noise is very loud)
