Great location, everywhere so clean and well maintained, excellent breakfast, staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough

Stay at a premier inn for a more modern and comfortable stay for half the price

Fairly central - 10 minute walk from train station

Room was so dark. We had every lamp on and we literally couldn’t see to get ready. Bed was hard and decor tired.

Misleading

The staff were brilliant. The interior was good. Access to the pool was great.

We were woke on Sunday morning at 3am to a fire alarm no explanation from staff if it was safe to re enter the building just followed other guests back in .still no explanation from staff to what had happened or if it was a test. There is onsite parking facilities advertised - but not advertised you do have to pay. No mention of breakfast being included or not. Advertised access to terrace. But u need to have a set access for this. Very misleading advertised Rooms space is not as per the pictures

Not good as I expected.

I only liked the location close to the center.

The room wasn’t nice, didn’t seem clean, very dark and quite depressing rooms. Tv didn’t work couldn’t watch anything. Paid £170 for the night it was our anniversary and very disappointing. Way overpriced. The rooms weren’t nice at all.

Absolutely fabulous

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Crown Plaza Leeds. The staff are friendly, highly capable and very efficient. The decor and surroundings are modern and contemporary. Great room, spacious and nicely decorated - super clean. We had two doubles in one room. Breakfast was well stocked, good quality, relaxing, not rushed and the breakfast / bar area is very aesthetically pleasing. We stayed here last year as a group of friends and the stay was excellent last year and again this weekend. Very consistent service delivery and hospitality offering. We are absolutely bowled over yet again and will return again next Christmas for a hat trick! We overheard some people in the lift discussing their Christmas party in the corporate hospitality area and they were raving about the food quality and service. Absolutely fantastic. Well done!!!

Disappointed in service and lack of attention to detail

The room was clean and bathroom good

We had asked at booking for the bed in lounge of suite to be made up it was not. We asked again when we went out for the evening came back and it was still not done had to ask a 3rd time. Also room not ready till after 3pm

Really nice hotel and good value, not too far from the city centre.

Rooms were very comfortable and a good size. Hotel lobby and bar are both very good. Buffet options were good and well stocked for an inclusive meal. Location was easy enough walk from the station or city centre and easy to find

Set up for breakfast wasn't at same standard as the rest of the hotel, we were left sitting on conference chairs instead of actual restaurant dining chairs. Food quality was OK for a buffet but again not matching the hotel appearance overall

Bed had stains, phone didn't work, hand soap dispenser didn't work. The carpark was operated by a third party and was £18.50 for the night!

Very disappointing for a Crowne plaza stay

The room was just about to standard, but not very clean

Overall cleanliness of the hotel room was dirty Hot tub was freezing and placed out of order, one of the main reasons we booked our stay, there was mouldy grout all around the spa facilities. The food we ordered was lukewarm at best to the room Disappointing

Disappointing

Close to city centre and leisure facilities offered

The ‘queen room’ didn’t have a ‘queen bed’ so was really disappointed as we paid more for that standard and it was misleading. The free drinks in the bar were really bad!! So had to buy from downstairs and bring back up (it would have been nice if the waiter could have offered to get our drinks and we would have paid for that service). The food was equally quite varied to the point it didn’t really go well together or compliment each other (eg pakoras and nachos) - and the jacuzzi (which is the reason we picked that hotel) was broken for our stay

A pleasant night away

A warm welcome at check in and comfortable rooms and good sleep quality.

There were some inconsistencies with the friendliness of the staff. The reception team and restaurant lead were excellent, one member of the restaurant staff seemed less friendly/helpful, asking for small things like a fresh bloomer to slice for toast or normal tea bags seemed like you were asking the earth.

The reception and food

Very tired bathroom, glasses were taken outside the door by the cleaners then left there for two days. Informed reception after one day but still left. Nobody on the desk in the spa, changing room was very cold and scruffy. Shower lacked any power, the bathroom ceiling dirty and lamp very dusty.

Worst night sleep I’ve had in a hotel.

Lovely reception area and lounge. The rooms were well decorated and furnishings were comfortable.

The mechanism on the window failed to keep the window properly closed. Atleast three times in the middle of the night there was a loud wush of air which woke us. In addition, the seal didn’t properly seal the window so it was fairly noisy all night. I’m not sure what else was around us, but it sounded like someone was running a bath all night. One of the noisiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. We will go back to the premier inn next time we stay in Leeds.

Underwhelming considering the price we paid, wouldn’t stay again.

The bar area and food was lovely, and the staff were very polite and friendly.

We thought the room were very dated for the amount we paid, also the spa area wasn’t clean at all. Considering we paid a premium for this to be able to use the spa area it was very disappointing.

Good location for us, beautifully clean and exceptional reception staff. Decent breakfast and the club lounge was a nice touch.

The dryer for swimming costumes in the ladies changing room isn’t there anymore, and there aren’t any bags for wet costumes. You can ask at the leisure reception but it would be better to have them in the changing room so you’re not walking about with a wet cossie!

A great stay for all the family.

Both breakfast and evening meal were very good. The menu selection suited the whole family and tasted delicious. Our rooms were as we expected and had everything we needed. We all slept well as the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the spa experience in the pool, sauna and steam room. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.
