A lovely stay - would thoroughly recommend Hayley’s hotel.

A beautiful hotel just a few minutes walk from Headingley high street. Really comfortable bed, extremely clean and well presented.

Lovely old place with lots of character and lovely staff

Loved the history of the building and the original fixtures and fittings. Full of character and enjoyed that there was an info sheet on the history of the building and the area.

Creaking floorboards meant that we were woken early by the people upstairs moving about, but that wasn't a huge deal. Did find it very difficult to get the shower temperature to a normal level. Took a really long time to change temperature when turning the taps. Akbar made it unusable

Lovely friendly Hotel in good location

Friendly helpful staff who kindly said our daughter could join us for Breakfast as she lives nearby in Headingley. The Breakfast was nice & fresh & plenty to choose from. Bed was comfy & bedroom nice & clean & warm. Would certainly return to thus Hotel.

Old school charm.

Fabulous location. Charming, old fashioned and unique. A refreshing change from bland, modern hotels. We had the four poster bedroom, very spacious and comfortable.

It is quite dated, but that is part of it's charm.

Unique hotel full of character

Warm, inviting and peaceful. Our turret room was spacious and and it was great to have, both a bathtub and separate shower.

We liked it all. If breakfast could be pushed to 10am on a weekend that would be an added bonus ;)

Cracking property in a superb location.

Location is perfect just off the main road in Headingley, perfect for restaurants and pubs. Decor of the building is inkeeping with it's traditional homely characterful theme and much more favourable than ultra modern. Staff were really friendly. Bed and pillows was super comfy. Breakfast offering was great and beautiful food.

Room was a little noisy around 6am ISH on a Sunday but I sleep with ear plugs so was more manageable. Breakfast window was 8am-9.30am which felt a little short but it allowed for food to be regularly refreshed and piping hot, nothing sat for too long.

Amazing stay

The man who ran breakfast was so lovely! I’m gluten intolerant and he had a gluten free breakfast prepared for me. I really appreciated the extra effort.

More advice to guests rather than a criticism - the radiators can get extremely hot so just be careful.

A warm, comfortable stay with outstanding service that I would happily recommend and return to.

This was the second time I’ve stayed at Haley’s — the first when visiting my son at Leeds University before Christmas, and this time for both a family visit and a business meeting nearby. The room was comfortable and warm, the staff impeccably efficient and polite, and breakfast was laid out for me at 7am the next morning, with the additional offer (as it’s a quiet time of year) of a cooked-to-order breakfast. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough: a thoroughly enjoyable experience all round, and I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Lovely comfortable room, delicious English buffet style breakfast, and plenty of parking. Ideal place to stay when visiting my son at Leeds Uni. Will definitely stay at Haley's Hotel again!

Very convenient location with plenty of parking. Cheap Uber to get into centre of Leeds. Plenty of restaurants and pubs a few minutes walk away. Super comfy and quiet rooms. Staff are lovely

Everything! Paticularly the chap who was covering the night shift. Went above and beyond making us welcome and getting us sorted with a taxi to the event we was attending. Remembered us in the morning at breakfast and made sure the hotel exceeded our expectations.. which it did!

The location and price was great, and the staff were really friendly. The check-in and check-out process were really easy as well, and just overall a great stay for a one-night work trip. It's also an adorable building, really vintage and classic feel without feeling crusty at all.

The room was REALLY hot even though it was the dead of winter, and I didn't feel comfortable opening the window because it was on the first floor and I am a woman staying by herself. The fan was covered in dust as well, so I didn't really want to use it. The breakfast was also a little lackluster - watery eggs, salty hashbrowns. But honestly, it came with the stay and the man was really nice, the coffee was good, and the sausages were yummy - so it's not impacting my opinion and I'm happy to stay again.

The staff were extremely friendly, the room was spacious and well equipped, the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of options and the grounds were very pretty even if it was a wet weekend! A charity race took place on check out day and every guest was informed about the road closure to assure it did not impede on our day

Only tiny gripe was the parking ad it is limited on the property. As the hotel is on a quiet road you can find a space on the street if needed.

Lovely hotel

Clean room, bath as well as shower, lots of room. Biscuits! There is a bar in the hotel. No restaurant but you’re allowed to have a takeaway and they supply cutlery and crockery. Nice breakfast.

Wonderful Stay.

Everything! The location was perfect. Took us a pleasant 45 mins to walk to The Headrow. The hotel is full of character and very homely. Lots of original features and we loved that it hasn't been overly modernised. If you're looking for old style character, it's right here. The staff are all lovely, especially the night porter Paul. Our room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was delicious with quite a bit of variety. We would 100% stay here again. Great value.
