Looks fancy, but in reality was poor quality.
Nice location, quiet. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very pleasant and can’t fault them. Nice decor.
Bed was uncomfortably hard, and was 2 singles pushed together. Evening food quality was awful. Golf course was shut which is to be expected as was bad weather, but was disappointed this also meant the restaurant and shop being closed. The heating/air con system didn’t work in our room, and the bath water was luke warm! Had to put 3 boiled kettles in just to make it not be cold.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the rooms were as we expected and the health club was amazing, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and the pool itself. Had a wonderful time :)

My room was dirty with cob webs everywhere, my shower in my room didn’t work and was dribbling water, when I asked for poached eggs for breakfast they came out raw and clear (not cooked) which I very dangerous, when I told the staff you might want to mention the eggs are not cooked they done nothing, when checking out I wasn’t asked about my stay so I mentioned to reception my stay was terrible and listed the above they couldn’t care less and just wanted to take money.
