Great hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Extremely happy with my choice of hotel.

Property is clean, modern and close to all major amenities. Upon walking into the recreation area I was sure that it was a much more luxurious and expensive kind of hotel. On that note I found the hotel magnificent value for money. I arrived early and the gentleman on reception let me check in early and go up to my room. When my friend arrived his room wasn’t ready so the wonderful lady on reception upgraded him free of charge due to the inconvenience. Wonderful stash and facilities.

Nice hotel, clean, but staff could smile from time to time and address the wacky backy smell.

It was a lovely hotel, location was great just a short walk to the centre.

When sitting in the bar after checking in there was a strong smell of marijuana. Guests on the table next to us could smell it also. We asked to be moved due to being next door to what sounded like a teenage rave but it was not possible. Had to bear it with a 5 year old who was up until 11.30 pm due to this. It was a bear it situation, by approaching them our stay could be worse.

I had ordered a cold breakfast with the receptionist to take away on the morning of check out as it was at 5:15am. The night before check out the receptionist confirmed and said this would not be a problem. When I went to check out the person on reception at that time had no record of my request. If it wasn’t going to be possible it should have been communicated when I made my request. This was a poor end to what was a pleasant stay.

Slight issue with the TV reception, kept cutting out, and parking is a bit of a trek, however if your lucky, you can park outside. After 6pm free, till 8am, then payment is required, 2 hrs is £2.10

Hotel needs and deep clean. Plug near bed not working. Curtain torn Bedroom wasn't made first day. Second day housekeeping came back in the afternoon to vacuum. We declined as we had just got back. We wanted to eat after a 12 hour travel day and wanted a salad from the menu. There was no salad. Hotel is 2 minute walk to Sainsbury's! We went to a local Italian.

Very nice.

I must apologise, I was a bit drunk at the time of arrival. And, Leeds was hit by a horrendous storm. Nevertheless, I remember the staff being nice and friendly. I also liked the location. I enjoyed my breakfast despite not being able to remember the experience.

The rooms heating system was broken in return we got given a small oil radiator. The room had high ceilings and it was freezing and raining outside. I had to keep my coat on as I was so cold from being outside and the room was no better. Myself and my partner were able to keep our hands on the radiator as it barely heated up. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every conversation of those passing our room. We could hear people flushing toilets and the heating system was making noises due to it being broken. We were offered a free breakfast after complaining. Myself and my partner decided to leave the hotel and file a complaint as this was unacceptable for the price we paid. The staff were extremely unhelpful. Not only this when we checked in there was a lady next to us also complaining about her room. Another person described the hotel as a glorified hostel. For the price we paid for the hotel stay I was absolutely mortified at our room, the staff and the whole experience. Will not be staying again. So disappointed.

Nice hotel for a short break

Welcoming staff, easy to find, spacious room for 2 people, big enough bathroom, tea/coffee facilities

Room took a while to warm up, we were cold for about 2 hours. Once warm, stayed warm all night. Breakfast times were never told to us, so we did miss out Only one side of the bed has charging ports Not a big light in the room, just a few small ones, which for me made it slightly difficult to see well

The location was great and the reception area was beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Fantastic value for money, friendly staff and nice clean rooms

It was the first time i stayed at your hotel and it was perfect. The room was spotless and I had the best night's sleep I have had in ages the bed was very comfy. The staff went above and beyond I travelled with a friend who had also booked a room and the receptionist made sure that we were on the same floor without us having to ask.

Very basic rooms, my first one was freezing, heating didnt work and had two stand up heaters that were not that hot. They moved me to a better room but was hard to get the temperature right as its really an air con unit that blows heat.

Location of the property was excellent. Situated in the new brewery district close to the city centre.

Check in queue was a bit lengthy but the staff worked through queue efficiently and quickly with great customer service.

Waste of money.

Nothing. Did not stay due to how filthy is was and booked another hotel. Understand it’s a budget hotel but expected cleanliness.

Room was NOT clean. Stains on the bed base which were questionable, appeared to have what looked like large amount of faeces on the door frame of the bathroom. Bathroom was awful, black mould in grouting, stains on the walls around toilet. Carpet was ripped in hallways. Very tired and run down. Manager offered to upgrade us as would not offer full refund but we decided to take the hit and book somewhere else.

The location is great, the staff especially Mohammed in the reception was really welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. I booked a one night stay to try the hotel and because it was a comfort stay I rebooked another 5 night stay.

The lobby area was nice and modern and location was good

The rooms were dated the bathroom was even worse and looked like something out of the 90s. The sink was also blocked on arrival. The pillows were dirty, we had to cover with a towel. The spoons provided on the tea station were also dirty.

very good location, good price

very dirty for being a four star hotel. we stayed on one of the top floors and while we’re told by staff that bottom part of the building in currently being refurbished before the top one, the state of the room came as a surprise. very dirty bathroom, hair on the floor, room was dirty around the skirting boards, black mould around the window, carpet was in terrible condition. if you stood away from the bed you could see how absolutely filthy the carpet underneath was. access card stopped working twice. as soon as have checked in - couldn’t grant access to the room, and then the next night again.
