Good quality hotel not far from city centre

Great room, but too hot and too noisy

Great location and bargain price on a Sunday night Good sized room Great bathroom and shower with lots of hot water

We were on the 5th floor. I assume we were right underneath the main airconditioning unit as it sounded like we were sleeping under a jet engine The heating controls in our room didn’t work so it was too hot and there was nothing we would do turn it off

Very very comfy beds. Bathroom night light. Coffee making facilities. Black out curtains.

Really enjoyed our stay. Only tiny thing i would mention is the light coming from the corridor underneath the door. It was quite bright when the room is so dark (love how much light the curtains block out!)

Comfortable and at a good price

It’s nice, the location is good, they even subsidise the parking for the car park next door. They accept dogs for a small fee which was important to me :)

It would be good if cars could stop outside of the property for drop off and pick up. But they cannot , it is all covered with double yellow lines.

Great stay made better by staff

Scarlett on main desk made my sons 9th birthday celebration special. I messaged ahead of time asking for a view of the armoury and she accommodated it for us. My son was made up!

Everything, we have stayed here before and are staying again over Christmas as it is close to our family. The rooms are basic but have everything we needed and are clean. The shower in the room was great.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice with excellent shower. Breakfast was really good.

Lovely quiet room with a large sofa bed for my granddaughter to sleep on. The shower was powerful and hot and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great choice for breakfast I honestly can't fault it we will definitely come again! Lovely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome thank you.

Great budget option in great location

Location is fantastic for the Royal Armouries museum and a walk or water taxi into the city . Staff esp Wesley are very pleasant and professional. Room v clean and breakfast v good. Car park is discounted by the Hotel.

Amazing, enjoyable, comfy!

I can’t fault this hotel at all. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable too. I will be choosing to stay here when we come to visit Leeds again. The breakfast was brilliant too, the best we have had in any hotel in the UK.
