Great location with access to many places, lovely apartment and great decor. The support from Hayy was great as the communication was consistent and responses did not take too long.
The windows did not open, they were shut throughout the entire stay which was uncomfortable as the air didn't feel fresh although we had air conditioning but fresh air would have been much better as it was sunny throughout our stay. There was a note on the windows that if we attempted to open, we would not receive our deposit back which is why we did not try to.
However, I was told that this was only an issue because the windows were extremely hard to close which was understandable but inconvenient.
Another thing is, the toilet seat's seal that holds it against the wall had also peeled off so when sat on, it felt uncomfortable and wobbly as you can feel as if it was about to fall off. It did not feel secure.

Good central location, good standard of accommodation, clean, tidy and modern flat
Difficult to pick up the key - need clearer communication that key should be collected from kiosk in nearby shopping street - Merrion Stores, Merrion Street. Instead the messages I received talked about picking the key up from the concierge and there was not one.

Open plan kitchen and living room windows are very nice to stay, but…..
In the apartment, both of the loos are wobbling because they are attached to the wall, which is very stressful. After all, you can't sit fully. The windows are very dirty, and you can't see properly through them. Dead plants on the windowsill and one of the window glass is broken.
Sorry, but it was my first and last time staying there.
