Hayy Luxury 1 Bed Apartment in Leeds City Centre

Wonderful stay, had everything I needed and was in a great location

Would have given it a 10 but the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly when I arrived and wasn’t rectified until the next day. Also, having to drag my bags to a different location to pick up keys isn’t ideal especially when it’s closed and you have to wait 10 minutes

Good location. Large apartment enough for a short stay. The bed had been freshly made.

It was not properly cleaned with marks on the coffee table, dirty sink and things left over from the previous guests. Bins weren’t emptied. One big issue was sound of footsteps and moving furniture from the floor above in very early hours (4am) of the morning, lasting for a few hours. Lack of soundproofing. Little to no toiletries. We had to buy toilet paper, shower gel and hand wash. Getting the key was not clear from the outset. We were helped by the doorman and some WhatsApp chat help. Was unsure where to find the code to collect the key. Lack of transparency regarding a security deposit when booking.

The flat was very comfortable and clean. It was well looked after and the location allowed us to have a really good weekend.

During the day, the flat was really warm from the sun shining through the window. It wasn’t easy to cool the flat down. Also someone had left salt in the sugar pot. However I wouldn’t hold either of these things against the host

This was a trip down memory lane for me. Staying in my old high school that had been turned into "luxury" apartments. We like having a seperate bedroom and a functional kitchen. City localtion with transport and shops close were a plus.

A very noisy environment, road works, noisy pubs next door and across the street. For a "luxury" experience it fell short. The apartment was really small and the bedroom tiny. The bed was really soft, small and uncomfortable and the pillows rock hard. The apartment was not prepared properly or cleaned properly before we started. We had to go buy our own toilet paper and kitchen cloths and dish towel were not provided. We had a nearly two week stay with one towel each provided. Luckily I caught the cleaner in a nearby apartment and asked for more. The key system was confusing as it had to be picked up with a code at a store down the road which we mistook for a door code and it took several calls to sort out.
