    Stopped overnight as we were going to a concert at the Arena. Location is in the city centre near to the train station, shops and lots if restaurants. All staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about the hotel and our stay. We had booked an executive double room but were unexpectedly upgraded to the Wainwright Suite, room was lovely and had everything we needed. Breakfast next morning was in the conservatory on the 4th floor. We both had the Yorkshire breakfast which was cooked to order and was all quality ingredients. I couldn't fault the hotel at all and will definitely visit again.

    The hotel is amazing But unfortunately the cost for the rooms is very over priced No milk for your coffee The bath and sink had major draining issues and the plug would release I was also charged £3.50 for some toothpaste as we forgot ours I honestly think the price you pay for the room and then to be charged for tooth paste is ridiculous
