    One of the best experiences I've had in a hotel, namely how helpful and welcoming the staff were, the facilities, albeit a little vintage and need some TLC, were great and everything you need for a short or long stay. The interior is gorgeous, brings you back in time with class, and the bedrooms were very spacious. Mattress is bouncy, can be subjective, and the windows were a little challenging to work with. It's all part of the quirks at the hotel, and you choose it for it's history.

    The hotel is amazing But unfortunately the cost for the rooms is very over priced No milk for your coffee The bath and sink had major draining issues and the plug would release I was also charged £3.50 for some toothpaste as we forgot ours I honestly think the price you pay for the room and then to be charged for tooth paste is ridiculous
