Very comfortable stay in excellent location but not always of sufficient quality.
Very comfortable and excellent staff
Lighting so low I had difficulty getting around and it was impossible to read. Breakfast was expensive and not as expected- no good selection of fresh fruit, no berries , pastries tired. Hot food disappointing.

Not bad need to change the front desk staff and hotel staff must be more qualified
The front desk was rude not flexible and not welcoming The price was high there is no enough staff Location was perfect clean and nice atmosphere they need to improve the hospitality I checked in 3 am and I ask for late check out tell 12 and one. They told for each hour they will charge me and I came exhausted by train late I will not stay there again because of the attitude and zero hospitality

Lighting could be a little lighter it was really quite dark. We paid for breakfast don’t feel this was worth it to be honest and service there wasn’t the best.

Birthday stay and Dakota added to make it special memorable one
Fantastic welcome upon arrival, throughout stay and departure. Staff very welcoming especially the concierge on 07/02. Sorry we didnt get the gentlemans name, but a credit to Dakota.

Hotel was perfectly located. The room was amazing and it was modern and clean
The payment and table service wasn't brilliantly suited to just wanting to grab a drink before heading out however this was far from a major negative of the hotel itself
