The front desk was rude not flexible and not welcoming
The price was high there is no enough staff
Location was perfect clean and nice atmosphere they need to improve the hospitality I checked in 3 am and I ask for late check out tell 12 and one. They told for each hour they will charge me and I came exhausted by train late I will not stay there again because of the attitude and zero hospitality
