Room on 5th floor looked out on the Cathedral and with the windows open it was quiet and with a pleasant breeze. The bed was comfortable and a good size. The shower operated well, although the shampoo for the bath and the hand wash at the sink ran out very quickly. It was a nice touch to find body lotion supplied in the bathroom and two bottles of still water supplied as complimentary. Angelina on reception was very helpful. The hotel is well located and close to a great restaurant called Banyan which I would recommend.
Many channels on the TV were either not available or not connected.

It's situation is really good, very central and close to lots restaurants
It was a little dark, a bit "tired" around the edges, but smelt great when you walked in, staff friendly

First choice for the arena. Even standard rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent beds. Free sangria for Strictly evening. Good breakfast. The reception staff particularly friendly and helpful

Location was brilliant for an event at the Arena. Always stay here when in Leeds.
Hotel is lovely, staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great.
Rooms were quite warm on this occasion even with no heating on.

The room was very clean and kept clean for the whole visit. Room service was not available despite ringing many times. I needed to be near the Jubilee wing do the location was ideal. The car park under the hotel was very convenient if a little expensive. As a single traveller it was very secure.
The room service could have been available as I was extremely tired after full days at the hospital. I aske the following morning but they kept telling me it was available. However there was no one to answer the phone! My point exactly. No apologise or offer to make sure it was available during my 5 night stay.

Good location and large room.
Bar closed before 11:00 and there was not much open in the area apart from a vending machine so bring your own drink and entertainment if you are a night owl.

Not a lot of choice at the bar.

Location
Poorly managed hotel. A New Year’s Eve stay was ruined by a faulty, noisy room and a completely dismissive response from management.
Avoid.

Location of hotel. Good.
Room smelt musty. Room to warm. Could not turn heating down. Was advised that the temperature was permanent set for winter months.

Nice hotel, well decorated
Never enough staff at reception, and bar staff struggle to smile.

Centrally located
Bar is expensive, as a comparison (stay in Leeds a lot) Dakota is cheaper and its table service.

Location
Foul smell from the bathroom drains, like an open sewer.
8.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was very good but expensive
Lots of places to eat cheaper nearby
Air con was difficult to control
We had to ask someone to try and adjust it
In the end we opened the window which made the room noisy!

Location was great, staff very friendly and nice bar area. Bed very large and very comfy.
Room was a little small for an upgrade, TV was in a corner of the room so not ideal. Two large windows that looked out onto a brick wall about a meter away so no daylight! Bathroom needs some work. Tile grout discoloured. Shower not great. First time staying at the Radisson and I expected better.

Location
Wouldn’t let us check in early even for a charge which fair enough the rooms might not have been ready however there was 8 couples going to a wedding and couldn’t even sort us one room. Then check in opened and it was the slowest process!! As was getting cases out of the storage room. Rooms very old, weird wooden column in centre of the room and old dark room, desk. Not worth the price at all, would not stay again.

Central location.
We were not informed at check in that the bar, restaurant and room service were not available throughout our stay. I was informed that there were signs in the lifts about this, but as I am visually impaired I could not see the signs! The friends I was travelling with, did not notice them either..
I pre-booked a room upgrade to a junior suite with cathedral view, via Booking.Com, but the hotel had not been informed and there were no available suites for me. The hotel could not refund me, as I had booked via a third party, and was advised to ask Booking.Clm for a refund!

You can’t beat the location
The bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was two pushed together but the piece in the middle was really hard if you ended up rolling on to it in the night. I checked in at the same time as my brother and sister who were both upgraded however I wasn’t so lucky
9.0 / 10.0
The location was perfect for the 02. Everything was spotlessly clean and our one (minor) issue was dealt with quickly. The bed was enormous and so comfortable.
More than one teabag per person would be nice. The TV was overly complicated and a bit glitchy
6.0 / 10.0
Perfect location very close to the city centre
The fan/air con/heating. Turned it off on the control on the wall but the fan stayed on all night and was loud leading to a disturbed nights sleep

Beautiful design, great location, stunning breakfast!
The room was very dusty, mould on the shower head and the pillows were really flat.
9.0 / 10.0
The room was very clean and comfortable
Not their fault but navigating the closures and one ways to get to the carpark was a nightmare!
