I loved everything about my stay, the staff were so nice and friendly, the apartment was clean and very spacious, very safe and excellent location, I would absolutely recommend it to all my friends traveling to Leeds and will stay there again for sure:)

Great location, really comfortable, modern and clean. And the staff were super friendly! Would highly recommend.

Was quite hot - you have to ask at the desk to turn down the heating in your room, got pretty stuffy at night. And the tv’s audio was a bit crap but it’s fine!

Despite a few small issues, I’d happily stay again because the apartment was cute, clean, and comfy

This was a repeate visit for me. I work in Leeds LOADS and this is perfect location. Safe and close to the office and shops. I real like it there and will stay agin for sure.

The lounge window only has a net curtain and no blind. Because the lounge sits between the bedroom and bathroom, you have to walk past that uncovered window at night to reach the bathroom, which feels quite exposed. A blind would make a big difference for privacy. There were also no instructions for the microwave oven, so I had to search online to work out how to use it. I never managed to get the hob working, even with the document provided. Finally, the apartment door didn’t have a chain, which felt insecure. I travel with my own security lock so I managed, but it’s something you may want to address for future guests.

The apartments were cute, cozy, modern and well fitted out. Great value for money and wished we could have stayed longer.

Our rooms underfloor heating seemed really low so the room was cilly although the themostat read 24 degrees c.

Quiet place to stay, near Leeds centre with all of your home comforts

It was clean and modern with all of the facilities you could want. The location is great - in the city centre but no noise at night. We liked the fact that it is like a home from home with all of the facilities to do your own cooking and a fridge for milk etc. Also it’s nice to have a sofa to unwind. It’s a nice touch that there are electrical sockets on both sides of the bed (so many hotels don’t have this) and that they have usb sockets on them.

Nothing really other than it would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom and we couldn’t find a manual for the oven so it took us a little while to work out how to use it. These weee very minor inconveniences.

Beautiful building, excellent staff and most helpful

The room was a bit smaller than in pictures, but still plenty of space. Staff was most helpful, we had some issue with heating control malfunction, but staff were eager to help.

Heating system adjustment didn’t work so it was on a warm side, which wasn’t a huge problem for me; but my partner was getting uncomfortably hot, couldn’t open the windows to get fresh air in.

Clean, modern apartment but comfort lacking.

Room 205 was a very clean, modern apartment. A warm welcome. Very good location. Quiet in terms of no noise from the rooms of other guests. Good soundproofing. Good TV is set up to link your computer or phone to access favourite channels. It was handy having a desk and comfortable chair.

The blinds did not cover the window sufficiently enabling the bright lights from the building opposite to glare whilst in bed trying to sleep. The light reflected on the headboard and pillows and, therefore, directly into the eyes. This affected sleep quality. Personally, the bed was just too hard for us. Again, affecting sleep quality. A heated towel rail would have helped as the towels were constantly damp. No mirror next to the desk to apply makeup and blow dry hair.

Good size studio apartment, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed. Good location, close to everything. Fantastic Italian restaurant just around the corner.

There was a lot of noise outside at night, probably due to it being Freshers Week and it was warm so we had the windows open.

Brilliant sleep and hotel was centre of leeds

Absolutely brilliant hotel from check in to check out - I personally had an outstanding sleep and rooms were sealed with silent sleeping so it was absolutely brilliant 👏 Leeds centre was right on the door step and car park was 0.3 of a mile walk which was no problem 😊 Just a great stay all round 👏👏👏
