Clean and comfortable. Good check in and out times.
The hot breakfast wasn’t replenished often enough, but when there was enough then it was awesome.

I’ve used many times it’s a really good place to stay l feel parking cost could be a little lower especially when staying more than one night
Parking should be w2-3 pounds a day cheaper if staying longer than one night because I used the hotel for food which was very pleasant
6.0 / 10.0
The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, the food itself was delicious and warm and for a smallet hotel had a good variety to choose from. Great timings for breakfast and plenty of seating even during busier periods.
All staff that we interacted with we're very pleasant and informative. All went our there way to say hello or good morning etc.
The hotel was modern, looked after and set in a great location. We had snow during out visit and the hotel was kept at a warm and comforting temperature.
The bathroom in our room was very spacious, had a powerful shower and the complimentary toiletries smelt lovely. Loved the fact the room had a full length mirror allowing the younger generation to look at there outfits before heading out on the town.
Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard.
The parking at the hotel was £20.00 per night, you expect to pay to park in a City centre with limited parking, however, across the road is a multi storey car park which cost me £32 for 3 days, just under a £30.00 saving than if I paid to park at the hotel itself.
We had a corner room on the 12th floor, fantastic views, very clean and very quiet, with a spacious bathroom and powerful shower. however, the room itself was very small and badly designed. Perfect for one guest, however the trip was for myself and my partner so wasn't ideal. No place to store luggage bags, limited coat hangars and the wardrobe was very small, not able to store two sets of people's clothes for a 3 night stay.
Unfortunately the bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were flat, we did ask for extra pillows which were provided for us straight away, however even with an additional pillow each they were still flat and uncomfortable.
No ventilation in the room and window didn't open so very stuffy with the air conditioning, both me and my partner work up every morning with a sore throat and blocked nose.
Bed was pushed closely to the wall on one side so was a struggle getting in and out during the night.
I had paid for a birthday package to be placed in the room on our arrival as a surprise for my partner. The Prosecco provided in the ice bucket was a nice touch, as was the lovely, thoughtful message written in the card, however the balloons were cheap, didn't even state happy birthday and they were not hellium balloons, just laid on the carpeted floor.
The package was a let down as it wasn't exactly cheap and it didn't look anything like as described on the pictures before booking. Basically paid over £50.00 for a 8 small balloons and a bottle of prosecco.

Every member of staff we interacted with was exceptional. Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Superb vale for money with a great selection of hot and cold items at breakfast.
I don’t really like the fact that the check in and check out times are strictly enforced unless you pay extra. But this is outweighed by the superb staff and excellent value for money.

Awful food offering in the evening , worse than a cheap b&b ,they do not cater for vegetarian or non meat eaters , this is the fault of the company and not the staff , unacceptable

Breakfast was disorganised and chaotic. Arrived at 9.10am. No glasses for juice or mugs for hot drinks. Limited food choices; 15 min wait on sausages, no butter, no pastries left, coffee machine didn’t work properly.

Staff nice and helpful, good shower
The windows are sealed shut its like been in a tiny cell with no fresh air and the pillows were old and lumpy rather uncomfortable. The lock on bathroom door got stuck had to open from otherside not good if you were on your own.

Rooms was spotlessly clean and everything you needed.
The breakfast was so disorganised with not enough seating so had to stand and wait then when you did get a seat there was no coffee cups and ran out of many choices of food and this was at 8:30.

The hotel was lovely and clean and in a good location. Breakfast provided was good for the price and tables were cleared and cleaned quickly.
I asked for an extra pillow due to being pregnant and we were told one would be brought up to the room. 45 minutes later we went back to reception as none had arrived to be told the hotel didn’t have any extra pillows available and they couldn’t help. It would have been appreciated if the staff could have let us know rather than sit up waiting.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly
The hotel is not in a very nice part of Leeds, I would not be comfortable walking out of the hotel after dark as a woman on my own.
I selected my room on 12 floor prior to arrival. When we arrived at the hotel we were offered a different room as ours was not ready. As it was prior to check in time we decided to wait for the room we had selected and went shopping. When we returned, we were told we could not have the room we had selected as it was closed for maintenance and were given a different room. Our room was very small with no space to walk down one side of the bed. I had to crawl down the bed to get off it, this is not a very good room design.
There were plenty of empty tables when we went down for breakfast but all had dirty dishes on them. We had to clear our own table but there was nothing available to wipe it down with and no staff around to ask for a cloth.
I have previously stayed in the Hampton in York and was expecting a similar standard from this hotel, unfortunately, it was significantly lacking. I feel there are other hotels in Leeds offering better value for money.

Breakfast was great, room and hotel in general were clean and modern, all the staff we spoke to were great - thanks.
We weren't keen on the bathroom light shining through the bathroom door's opaque glass directly onto the bed head, this would disturb a sleeper when someone else uses the bathroom at night.
7.0 / 10.0
location and car parking at hotel was just what I needed but found £20 per night to be a bit excessive. room was clean and comfortable - I was backing onto a elevator shaft and noise could have been troublesome but I never asked to move and in turn the noise became bearable
so, upon arrival much to my dismay there was a lady at reception making a complaint to staff that here room and belongings had been interfered with when she was out during the day - not what you want to hear during a check in process.
after check in and in my room literally minute I had a sms message from a member of staff asking if my room was up to standard - I didn't feel that was necessary to text my personal mobile to do so, I felt uneasy after that
