Didn’t realise there was no tea/ coffee making facility in the room and really missed it especially in the morning, yes you could go down and buy one , but didn’t want to get dressed etc . Plus know where to really get changed / dressed apart from small toilet , as I was sharing with a friend it felt a bit awkward.

Convenient location, clean, friendly staff. Yet again a problem with there not being any sockets near the bed so was difficult to charge my phone, only sockets on opposite side of room. Tv dated and very few working channels

Was acceptable for a single person but wouldn’t want to share the room given the shower set-up. It was okay for one night but wouldn’t wish to stay longer as the bed wasn’t comfortable and the room was extremely hot. Also has the usual hotel room issue of all the plugs being on the opposite side of the room to the mirrors…

Mould on windowsill, shower smelled like cigarette smoke, various hairs on the bed, room felt generally neglected, breakfast wasn't worth the money. The only reason I didn't ask to move rooms was because colleagues who were also staying during the same period had similar feedback.

Nice reception area and easy check in, however corridors and the room I stayed in are in desperate need of refurbishment. Also disappointed to learn when checking out that they no long offer discounted parking as advertised.

Room extremely clean but very basic. No iron, hairdryer or kettle. Shower was in a cupboard style room. Bed very comfy. It is certainly basic but fine for a few nights stopover as just a room. Didnt have breakfast.

Toilet with no window and no fan, claustrophobic. No kettle. The second day of our stay we came back to the room in the evening to find out that the window has been opened the whole day (kept open with a towel). It was freezing and raining. It took a while to warm the room. We never knew why they did it. The shower. The hairdryer (on request) it was a travel size, useless for long hair.

The reception staff were friendly, efficient and polite. Check in queue moved very quickly. Cleanliness of hallways were poor, dusty, rubbish along corridor and needed a hoover. Rooms are very very basic. Cleanliness wasnt not 100%. Dust and pubes in shower cubicle. Half a toilet roll in toilet. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet for the majority of our staff. Noise heard from other guest's coming back at 2am and 2.45am who talked loudly as they walked along the corridor. Toilet cubicle door was very noisy. Room was very hot and stuffy even with no heating on and window open. Would only stay again if there was nowhere else to book as the based location was convenient for town and the arena

Booked for night as at concert. Had twin beds but smaller than normal single. No tea/coffee in room. Toilet door has no handle you have to push or pull so in the night you cant shut if someone sleeping as makes such a noise.
