تمت سرقتي من قبل دارة الفندق

تجربة سيئه تمت سرقتي بملغ من المال مقابل شي لم افعله . عند عودتي الى الفندق بعد التجول والاستمتاع بالمدينه تفاجئة بالاستقبال موظف يتحدث العربيه يخبرني انه علي دفع مبلغ الان لوجود لون مطبوع على اطراف المرحاض ((اتوقع طباعة الملابس)) وانا متاكد انه ليس مني لانه عنده خروجي كان نظيف واخبرت الموظف بذلك الا انه اصر ان ادفع تعويض واخبرته انه لون ويذهب بسهوله عن طريق الاستون او اي منظف اخر هو ليس كسر يعجز اصلاحه والا انه اصر على الدفع .. وقمت بدفع المبلغ وانا متاكد انها سرقة بشكل مبطن .. ولكم صوره من الواقعه الامر كان بسيط يمكن تنظيفه بمادة الاستون بسعر 2 يورو من السوبرماركت فقط الا انهم اخذو مني 60 يورو (( لو انا من قمت بهذا العمل لكنت احضرت الاستون وقمت بتنظيفه دون ان يعلم احد)) لان الامر بيسط هو ليس كسر او خلل لايمكن اصلاحه!! ((الامر مثل قلم حبر او قلم روج شخبط فيه شخص على طاوله وقام بعد ذلك بتنظيفه!! ))

I was stolen for something I didn't., . Upon returnin to the hotel after walking around and enjoying the city I am surprised to receive an Arabic-speaking employee who tells me that I have to pay now because there is a color printed on the edges of the toilet ((I expect to print clothes) I am sure that he is not from me because he has my exit was clean and I told the employee this but he insisted that I pay compensation and told him that he is a color and goes easily through Aston or any other cleaner is not a fracture that cannot be repaired otherwise he insisted on paying.. I paid the money and I'm sure it was a veiled robbery.. You have a picture of the incident. It was simple. It can be cleaned with Aston at 2 euros from the supermarket only but they took 60 euros from me ((If I had done this work I would have brought the Aston and cleaned it without anyone knowing) Because it is not a break or a bug that cannot be repaired!!) Grand Hotel Charm with Friendly Staff

We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel Zell am See and were really impressed by its beautiful lakeside position and the grand, historic building itself. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made our stay feel special. Our room was quiet (despite being close to the railway) and it was great to have a kettle provided. The bedroom didn’t quite reflect the grandeur of the rest of the hotel, but the bed was very comfortable so we slept well. Breakfast was excellent — plenty of choice and everything was fresh. Dinner was good too, though as it was a set menu I would have preferred a little more choice. The location is ideal, just a lovely 5-minute walk into the town centre and also along the riverside. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a stunning setting.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel with very good location maybe the best in that village very good view at the lake many shops around you, and they have a good breakfast area, and they have a good and beautiful garden to sit outside.

Very expensive, no air condition in my room which you may need in the summertime there's a train in the front of the hotel but even though the location is really good.

Great location and a good hotel in general but could use some improvements.

Location is exceptional. Staff was very helpful and nice. Apartment was clean and tidy.

* Parking is tricky to get to. * Not all units are air conditioned (visited during summer). They did provide a standing fan however. * My room had a king bed frame but with 2 single-sized mattresses which made it very uncomfortable. Also, we requested a single large blanket for 2 persons, instead we were given 2 single sized blankets. * Neighbor apartments had their food trays outside their door and housekeeping didn’t remove them for the 2 nights we stayed which started to smell a little. * The general theme of the hotel is very outdated. Although this might be intended, some things could be improved such as the keys they provided. instead of card keys they use normal keys with one of the largest keychain I have ever seen! * There is only 1 elevator that we could use that is in service to many many residents. It might take few minutes to use it at peak times.

Historic hotel with lots of charms. Be warned about the road blockade.

Perfect location close to boat tour with private beach access to the lake. Exceptional breakfast. I stay at the annex building and air condition works well. This was very helpful during the heat wave.

I was unable to drive to the hotel. The road was blocked. It turned out I had to call and speak to someone and the blockade will go down to allow you to come in to park. I had to park at the Rathaus parking lot. I wish I was told about this earlier. This is why I gave only 8/10 rating.

Our summer stay at the Grand Hotel Zell am See was truly magical, but what stood out most was the unbeatable lakeside location. Waking up each morning to the shimmering waters of Lake Zell and the majestic mountains in the background felt like living in a postcard. Our private balcony quickly became our favorite spot for soaking in the sunrise and unwinding in the evenings. The hotel’s direct access to the lake made every day an adventure and we couldn’t get over the spectacular views! Evenings were just as special, with the sun setting over the water and the hotel’s elegant terrace providing the perfect setting which quickly became our favorite spot. The blend of classic Austrian charm and modern comforts made our stay both cozy and luxurious. The attentive staff always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure every moment was perfect. If you’re dreaming of a summer escape where relaxation meets breathtaking scenery, the Grand Hotel Zell am See is simply unbeatable.
