Highly recommand!

A beautiful place in a perfect location, with stunning views from every corner. The rooms are large and spacious, and the staff is kind and always smiling. The pools… simply a dream! The water is truly warm — the ultimate treat. The hotel facilities are just wow!

Two downsides I’d recommend improving: the dinner was really not good — the food just wasn’t tasty. The second thing is the mattresses and pillows — not comfortable at all, and definitely not something to cut corners on. Despite these two issues, I highly recommend this place! The positives far outweigh the negatives big time!

Traumhaft für einen Kurzurlaub, grandiose Küche, tolles Personal, einfach TOP!

Unterm Strich würden wir wohl nur 8-9 Sterne geben, aber die alles überragende Küche, das hervorragende Personal sowie die tolle Sauna-Landschaft bewegen uns dazu, doch 10 Sterne zu geben! - Die Küche ist einfach der Wahnsinn und hat zu recht auch einen Michelin-Stern bekommen! Egal ob es das 6-Gänge Dinner war, das tolle Frühstücksbuffet oder das umfangreiche Abendmenü, einfach PERFEKT! - Der nächste große Pluspunkt waren für uns die Mitarbeiter. Egal ob es Manu als Saunawärter beim Aufguss war oder die vielen tollen, sympathischen und aufmerksamen Bedienungen im Restaurant. Wir haben am ersten Abend eine Weinflasche bestellt und haben wohl nicht bemerkt, dass dort noch ca. 0,1 L in der Flasche waren. Diese haben wir ganz überrascht am nächsten Abend gekühlt an den Tisch bekommen, wo gibt es denn sowas???? :-D - Nächster großer Pluspunkt sind die vielen tollen Saunen, man hat nie das Gefühl, dass es überfüllt ist, draußen wie drinnen schöne und ruhige Rückzugsorte. - Die Aussicht sowie die Ausstattung im Zimmer waren sehr gut, das fühlte sich einfach wie ein erholsames Urlaub an. Auch die freistehende Badewanne ist ein toller Pluspunkt!

Zu all den positiven Punkten gibt es auch ein paar wenige Minus-Punkte, die aber den Urlaub fast nicht eingeschränkt haben. Unser Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig, der Holzboden hatte viele, tiefe Schrammen und das Waschbecken sowie der Wasserhahn waren sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Auch haben uns die Nachtbett-Lampen sehr gestört, da man diese nur mit Mühe vom Bett nach oben wegdrehen konnte, da man sich sonst in der Nacht beim Schlafen daran angestoßen hätte. Der nächste große Minuspunkt wäre die Therme an und für sich, da diese öffentlich zugänglich ist und nicht den Hotelgästen vorbehalten ist. Diese war wahnsinnig überfüllt, dazu sehr laut. Da wir aber fast ausschließlich FKK-Gänger sind und wir daher uns im anderen Bereich aufhielten, hat uns dies nicht gestört. Der FKK-Bereich ist wie fast überall gut nutzbar und nicht überfüllt gewesen! Für andere Gäste wäre das aber sicherlich ein großer Minuspunkt!

Das Essen muss ich sagen ist das einzige positive, ist wirklich sehr gut, jedoch die Hauptspeise die serviert wird ist sehr sehr klein. Das Zimmer an sich wäre schön auch von der Größe her, aber.... steht unten.....

Das Zimmer an sich wäre schön auch von der Größe her, aber total abgewohnt, abgeschlagen und die Matratze komplett durch gelegen. Sagten uns auch andere Gäste von Ihren Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Wenn man etwas bestellen will muss man viel Geduld haben, es wir extra auf die andere Seite gesehen, obwohl ja zu bezahlen ist! Auch das abräumen der Teller funktioniert nicht, Geschirr stapelt sich, die Kellner schlendern vorbei! Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt hier überhaupt nicht mehr! Wir konnten auch nicht mit den Wellcard Gutschein bezahlen wurde nicht akzeptiert! Frechheit! Die Dame an der Rezeption ist fehl am Platz, unfreundlich, verstand nichts, fragte gefühlt "hundertmal" dasselbe nach. Sind total enttäuscht.

Great holiday

I would like to start by addressing our congratulations to a few members of the hotel staff: Mr. Marco from the reception who was very helpful throughout our stay, very professional, gave us very useful advice, and presented us with great detail the attractions in the Kaprun-Zell am See area! Congratulations! Thanks also to our waiter from the first days, Mr. Badreddine, always with a smile on his face and very attentive to the customers! Also to Mrs. Claudia, from the Sky pool, our thanks. Overall the hotel and the services met our expectations, the spa and thermal areas very clean, the water in A relaxing stay, good hotel, with good service, clean rooms, very kind housekeeping

On the other hand, we can say that we were somewhat disappointed that our request for dinner was not taken into account, considering that my wife only eats chicken or pork, we would have expected the manager or chef to take this into account! A minus would be the behavior of the restaurant manager, who allowed himself within a few minutes to yell at an employee and then to point a threatening finger and attract the attention of a waitress in an extremely harsh tone! From my point of view, observations should be made elsewhere, never in front of customers! It was sad to see how the girl had a tear in her eye, blushing all over Maybe for the balcony it would be good to put a table

Relaxing weekend in the mountains

The staff was super nice and helpful. We were welcomed very warmly, got informed about everything. The rooms are ready from 15 p.m., but we've received a private locker to change and be able to use the swimming area. We could leave our car in the garage and from there we could reach the hotel directly. The swimming area was super cool and relaxing. We had a nice room with balcony, and the best thing was, for the hotel guests there is a private Skylinepool and Spa available that is adults only, and it's amazing. The breakfast buffet is very rich, various fresh foods are included.

The bed was quite hard. The chairs in the room and on the balcony were quite old, they could be changed.

1/ booking avizuje upgrade ubytování zdarma do pokojů Nature avšak již neupozorňuje ze se jedná o nevzdalenejiší část hotelu od věřené části wellnes 2/ označení pokojů v části Nature je v hotelu velmi špatné označeno v některých výtazích vůbec na setinách v chodbách částečně a graficky nevyhovujícím způsobem/ hoste bloudí po chodbách a hledají své pokoje…. 3/dozor a hygiena v bazénu venkovním /s teplotou 36C u občerstvovacího autobusu/ - návštěvníkům je umožňováno konzumovat nápoje v bazénu a na jeho okraji a to tak ze dochází k znečišťování nápoji teple vody v bazénu - nefunkční dozor ze strany plavčíků na přiměřené chování některých návštěvníků / házení naplněné lahve od velké limonády vodou a ohrožování ostatních uživatelů toto létající lahvi/ toro trvalo více jak hodinu než se chlapci touto hrou unavili -následně nastěhování venkovního ocelového stolku od bufetu do bazénu - následně zatopení části zatravněné části travnatého pozemku prod pojízdným bufetem vytvořenou záplavovou vlnou toto trvalo minimálně 25 minut až obsluha pojízdného bufetu zavolala obsluhu která sice chlapcům domluvila ale velice rozpačitě nerozhodne …..

Dinner, main course option was rather limited and didn’t like the taste and quality of foods in menu. Busy restaurant and waitress. Didn’t make sense water was not served free and had to pay. and waitresses were serving tables selectively and unequally, had to wait long to order.For breakfast, very limited type of tea bags which was not at the level of this hotel, couldn’t find a classic green tea. Open tea pots were there only for decoration which was weird.

Very nice and spacious room with great mountain view and really good soundproof. The hotel in general was very clean. The breakfast was really great and they had us a table at the bar so we could have breakfast with our dog! The free mini bar was a good thing. Really nice location in nature watching the mountains from the spa and feeling really relaxing. The warm pools have really great temperature.

The pillows and the mattress were not good at all. You expect to have a great sleep in very comfort bed in such a supposed relaxing hotel and taking into consideration the really expensive rates. What was really disappointing was the fact that we informed the reception about a bed bug we found in a spa towel but they were not really interested. They just said "oh sorry" ... The check out gift was really poor and not even relevant with spa! The staff in the bar was in general arrogant and inpolite

Der Lage Plan im Hotel ist sehr unübersichtlich. Wir haben erst am letzten Tag den Haupt Sauna Bereich gefunden. Vielleicht beim erst Besuch etwas besser aufklären.

هذه ليست المرة الأولى التي أقيم فيها في فندق تاورن سبا في كابرون، بل هي إحدى زياراتي المتكررة، حيث اعتدت على اختيار هذا الفندق في كل مرة أزور فيها كابرون، لما كنت أجده فيه من راحة وخدمة ممتازة ولكن في هذه المره كانت تجربة مقبولة بشكل عام، لكن للأسف لم ترقَ إلى مستوى التوقعات مقارنة بسعر الإقامة وسمعة الفندق. الغرفة التي سكنت فيها كانت مريحة من حيث الحجم والمرافق الأساسية، لكن مستوى النظافة لم يكن جيداً كما هو متوقع من فندق بهذا التصنيف. ترتيب الأسرة لم يكن دقيقاً أو أنيقاً كما ينبغي، وفي بعض الأيام شعرت أن التنظيف تم بشكل سريع جداً وبدون اهتمام كافٍ بالتفاصيل. أمر آخر مزعج هو أنهم لا يقومون بتجديد قوارير الماء في الغرفة، وهذا أمر أساسي في معظم الفنادق، خاصة في فندق سبا يُفترض أن يُعنى براحة الضيوف وتوفير أبسط احتياجاتهم. كنت مضطرة في كل مرة إلى شراء الماء بنفسي من الخارج، مما أضاف إزعاجاً غير ضروري لتجربتي. من ناحية أخرى، المرافق الخارجية مثل السبا والمسابح جميلة وممتعة، لكن عندما تكون الإقامة في فندق، فأساس الراحة يبدأ من الغرفة نفسها. ولهذا السبب شعرت بأن التجربة لم تكن متكاملة، ولا أعتقد أنني سأكرر الإقامة فيه في المستقبل ما لم تتحسن هذه الجوانب. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق أخذ هذه الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار لتحسين مستوى الخدمة وتقديم تجربة أكثر راحة واحترافية للضيوف

TOP Hotel und super Verpflegung auf 5* Niveau

Das Hotel ist top und die Verpflegung (Buffet) verdient ein 5* Rating (wer Wert auf Essen legt wird hier zu 110% zufrieden gestellt ... viel besser geht nicht mehr)

Wir sind spät am Abend angereist (~19:00) und konnten uns nur mit viel Not und Mühe eine kostenlosen Relax Tag im Hotel eignen Spa am Abreise Tag ausbedingen (üblicherweise wäre um 11:00 Spa Check-out am Abreisetag). Wir haben das Hotel im wesentlichen wegen dem Spa gebucht und wollten +/- 5 Stunden im Spa relaxen. Bei der derzeitigen Regelung (Anreise spät Abends) ist das nicht möglich (wer geht nach dem Abendessen noch ins SPA). Aber die Rezeption Dame hat es schlussendlich doch irgendwie möglich gemacht ... Danke :-)

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem Top Hotel

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Wellnessanlage ist top. Im Wellnessbereich bekommt man auch Tee, Wasser, getrocknete Früchte, Obst etc.

Für diesen Preis wünscht man sich einen kleinen Snack zu Mittag. Die Raumtemperatur im Hotel Wellenbereich könnte etwas wärmer sein. Auch fehlten mir hier Decken und es gab auch nicht immer frische Handtücher.

Es war alles sehr schön und bestens organisiert. Das Personal war jederzeit zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Essen war sehr gut! Die Kinderbetreuung in der Therme ist exzellent!
