It definitely exceeded our expectations. We were with a small baby and the staff took very good care of us. The food selection was great, rooms clean with everyday service. The hotel location is convenient with a store across the road and a ski lift 5 mins walk.

Dinner was inconsistent in quality. The first night was terrible, the second night was good, but not amazing. Kaprun is very boring at night

Nice hotel

Nice hotel in the middle of kapron they have a car parking and there is some shops around them the stuff were friendly and they have good breakfast and they give you summer card which is nice.

It is expensive, I'm there is no air condition in the summertime, because sometimes it get really hot.

Our first visit to Kaprun.

The hotel is in a great location, We booked a room with breakfast and an evening meal included. Parking is an extra and is in an underground car park. There were only a few spaces left when we arrived. The staff were great and very friendly ,especially at dinner service. Breakfast was really good, and we will return in the future.

Parking is not cheap.

Very enjoyable

Location was good to enjoy surrounding areas. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included in our stay which was what we chose. There was a good selection of food to choose from the buffet at both meal times and the dinner main was a selection from the menu which varied each day, all of our choices were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was parking onsite but for a fee, free parking was around the block. The pool facilities looked lovely but we didn’t have a chance to use them.

Not Clean hotel and room balcony not clean and many spiders nest There are few workers in the hotel and they are used in more than one job, example The one who cooks eggs for breakfast is the one who work in room Service & clean your room room service is very bad no iron & Boiler “for making hot water” inside the room I have stayed in the hotel for about a week. The breakfast is very ordinary and the same items are served every day، As for dinner, it is much worse than breakfast. My stay in the hotel consisted of breakfast and dinner for a week, but after I tried dinner on the first day, which was bad, I did not attend dinner on the other days, although it was paid. I booked a suite and the view was bad, the view of the rooms is much better than the suites, I asked to change my room from a suite to a normal room, and they responded to my request on the second day of the stay, but unfortunately they downgraded the room type and did not compensate me not financially or even they did not give me Anything like the rest of the hotel, such as a coupon for a massage, an invitation to lunch, or free parking, nothing at all

Great stay in a fantastic location for April skiing.

The spa is excellent. Breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are a good size and very well maintained. Very clean. The location of the hotel is great for skiing.

The dinner choices seem a little too fancy and we would have preferred a slightly simpler menu. Unfortunately the large sauna was out of use which made the other saunas quite busy at times.
