Wonderful stay, I recommend!

Huge rooms, beautiful surroundings. It's wonderful to wake up to the sound of the water flowing in the stream. Excellent breakfast, great spa facilities.

Swimming pool can be a bit warmer (water was somewhat cold...)

I'd recommend, we would go again.

The gym is well equipped. The location was good. The staff was very helpful, friendly and outgoing. I hear that the saunas were excellent, too.

Restaurant service could be improved, the organization was a bit confusing. The food was good, though - Austrian "Hausmanskost".

Relaxing and excellent.

The hotel is exceptional with a fabulous breakfast and great spa facilities. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The set Abendmenu is five varied courses and shows the excellent skills of the chef.

Realxing, well crafted place to connect with nature right away!

The outdoor pool (natural) and Sauna was exceptional. I love it this way. The property is very cozy and not overstyled. The food is really good and cocktails are well crafted. A really good place to stay! Staff is friendly and professional and always there if you have any questions.

I do not recommend!!!

I liked the spa.

Even though we chose the pay at propriety option, they took the money with 5 days in advance and blamed it on Booking. Even though we told the reception on the first day that the lightbulb in our bathroom was not working, we had to wait 3 days until they changed it. The receptionist was arrogant and was unable to help us.

If you travel with your dog, you couldn’t to stay in the renowated room but this information not indicated at time of booking. The “dogroom’ and bathroom are very old and its windows face a wall. On Friday evening was jazzconcert in the hotel to midnight, it was very loud, we couldn’t to sleep. The sauna was too small, we should have waited so we could use at it all.

The management were very racist, even they divide people on the breakfast based on their ethnicity in the tables seating. Also no phone, Safe or coffee in the room

A trendy and modern but great alpine hut experience in a wel-run family hotel. I definitely return!

This is SUCH a BEAUTIFUL hotel. It seems as it has recently be relooked into some new rock'n'roll like chalet style which I really liked. Very young modern and still so earthed in traditional Österreichische Gemütlichkeit". My first time in Zell Am See and this seemed to be a perfect have-it-all summer and winter Alpine destination. I will definitely return.

Don't know if it was just shyness, Austrian formality, or lack of front-of-customer experience, but the young and kind looking lady at the front reception had a somewhat cold or distant way of communicating which didn't always make me feel at ease. I kindly forgive her, because I think it must be very stressful nowadays to run or even start-up or re-look a hotel in these difficult Corona times. Overall my stay was such a super great experience that I I rate this place a 20 out of 10 !!! Keep Up Another Corona-linked nuisance was that the village's restaurants closed around 21h, and the hotel's restaurant even at 20h I believe, which I only noticed at 20h30 when I wanted to go and dine. My fault. Pointing out this (apparently local) legislation clearly at check-in would have reminded me.
