Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, top Wellness Bereich u. guter Gym. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wurden vom Personal relativ rasch behoben. Gutes Frühstück und die Möglichkeit Abends im Hotel gut zu essen. Wunderschöner Außenpool mit Liegewiese.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett, so gut habe ich lange nicht geschlafen. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gemütlich, hatte den Saunabereich am Samstag für mich alleine :)

Das ist nur jammern auf hohem Niveau, vielleicht beim Frühstück noch Räucherlachs. Bei den Übernachtungspreisen... ;)

Innenpool ist leider kalt. Für die Geräte im Spielezimmer (Billiardtisch, Tischfußballtisch, Flipper) muss man extra zahlen. Frühstücksweckerln sind etwas hart & nicht sonderlich frisch. Vom Abendessen waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht (war in Ordnung aber unserer Meinung keinesfalls den Preis gerechtfertigt - haben einmal ala Carte bestellt und einmal das Menü)

Frühstück war sehr gut und genug Auswahl. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Balkon. Die waren sauber und wir hatten genug Platz. Es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben.

Im Zimmer wäre uns eine Dusche lieber als eine Badewanne. Ein Safe im Zimmer hat uns auch gefehlt. Eine Minibar wäre auch ganz toll gewesen, da man ja oft in der Nacht durstig wird. So mussten wir uns vom Ort was holen.

Ein gelungener erster Urlaub in Österreich, trotz kleinerer Mankos ☺️

Es war ein toller erster Urlaub in Österreich für uns. Das Hotel hatte soweit alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Sauna, Schwimmbad, Schwimmteich, Tischtennisplatte und und und. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir hatten einmal abends dort gegessen. Das war sehr lecker und das Ambiente war richtig schön.

Auch wenn unser Bad noch aus der Entstehungszeit des Hotels stammte, hat es unseren Aufenthalt nicht getrübt. Allerdings wäre es für die kommenden Gäste gut, wenn auch die letzten Bäder renoviert werden, da es doch ab und an etwas unangenehm roch. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war, dass man eineinhalb Stunden vor Frühstückzeitende nicht mehr alles bekam. Es wurde nur auf Nachfrage ergänzt. Das ist für eine dreistündige Möglichkeit zu frühstücken sehr schade.

Sehr gutes Quartier mit viel Abwechslung.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche Senior-Chefin, die viele gute Tipps gibt. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück. Es gab sogar Chia-Samen-Pudding, Beeren und eine große Gemüsevielfalt zum Frühstück. So habe ich das noch nicht erlebt. Die in der Übernachtung inkludierte Salzburg-Card ist ein Hit. Sie ermöglicht ein problemloses Erreichen der verschiedensten Tourismusziele und beinhaltet Gondelfahrten, Schiffsfahrten und Busfahrten sowie andere Attraktionen.

Der Weg zum Zimmer hatte einige Stufen. Diese waren durch den Teppich und der schwachen Beleuchtung nicht immer gut zu erkennen, sodass ich stolperte.

Ich werde Nie wieder in diese Hotel gehen.

Am Ende habe Ich ein unerklärte 45.70€ Rechnung, ich habe die Schlüsselkarte verloren, ein Mitarbeiter hat gesagt dass kostet 2 Euro aber muss ich nicht zahlen, andere Mitarbeiter hat von mir 5 Euro verlängt. Obwohl ich habe 10 Euro gegeben, diese 5 Euro war nochmal in Rechnung.Ein Mitarbeiter aus Nepal war ganz Nett sonst die Personal 👎👎👎 Schwimmbad ganz kleine und schmutzig, Frühstück ganz wenig und immer gleiche.Ich habe gefragt ob darf Ich eine Foto drinnen machen und ich wurde auf serbische Sprache geschimpft. Bei Rezeption muss minimal 10 Minuten warten bis wann kommt jemand.

To był pierwszy i ostatni pobyt w tym hotelu

Nie czuliśmy się dobrze ponieważ obsługa hotelu sprawiała czasami wrażenie jakby pracowali tam z przymusu. W pokoju przede wszystkim brakuje czajnika i małej lodówki. Dużym problemem jest sprzątanie pokoi, ponieważ musieliśmy prosić w recepcji o wymiane ręczników czy też opróżnienie kosza na śmieci po wczesniejszym wywieszeniu kartki na drzwiach z taką prośbą. Śniadania były codziennie takie same a osoba która ma alergie na jajka niestety nie zje tam nic na ciepło. Obiadokolacja nam nie smakowała i maja też wysokie ceny. Chcemy pochwalic jedynie jedna osobe, panią Asie, która obsługiwała sniadania, jest osobą sympatyczną i bardzo umiliła nam pobyt i udzieliła nam wielu wskazówek co możemy zwiedzić. Podsumowując ten hotel nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki i nie polecam.!

Schöner Skiurlaub Mitte April

Die Lage des Hotels an den Füßen des Kitzsteinhorns war sehr schön. Gleichzeitig war der Zeller See um die Ecke. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Der Außenpool und auch der Innenpool waren schön. Optisch war alles sehr ansprechend gestaltet.

Wir hatten zunächst nur Frühstück gebucht und hatten uns dann im Vorfeld der Anreise einige Tage davor entschieden doch auch im hoteleigenen Restaurant alle Abende zu essen. Das wurde per Mail bestätigt. Bei der Anreise war diese Mail nicht mehr aufzufinden. Genauso waren mehrfache mündliche Reservierungen nicht verbindlich und wurden nicht umgesetzt. Hier müssen andere Gäste dann ganz klar Halbpension buchen oder jeden Tag erneut Bescheid geben, damit das klappt.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit toller veganer Auswahl, wunderschönem Ambiente, superfreundlich

Frühstück Wir waren begeistert von der großen Auswahl an Bioprodukten – besonders als Veganer habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Brotauswahl war beeindruckend, und der vegane Joghurt sowie der Chiapudding waren einfach fantastisch. Das Frühstücksambiente war sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das engagierte und ausgesprochen freundliche Personal. Zimmer Wow, einfach nur genial! Riesige, superbequeme Betten, ein ganz individuelles Design mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das offene Bad mit der schönen Regendusche war ein echtes Highlight – sowas findet man nicht überall! Essen Auch beim Abendessen wurde ich als Veganer nicht enttäuscht – das Curry war hervorragend! Insgesamt eine durchdachte und kreative vegane Auswahl. Lage Genau unser Geschmack: ruhig gelegen, mitten im Grünen mit einem richtig schönen Schwimmteich – ideal zum Abschalten. Wir wollten bewusst nicht direkt im Trubel von Kaprun sein, und das war genau die richtige Entscheidung. Zum Kitzsteinhorn fährt man nur 5 Minuten, und ins Zentrum zu den Bars oder Restaurants läuft man gemütlich 10 Minuten.

Schön, aber nur Doppelzimmer empfehlenswert

Das Hotel bietet ein sehr netten Wellnessbereich mit 3 Saunas, außen Naturpool. Toll für Teenager - viele Extras, wie Billardtisch, Tischtennis etc.

Achtung bei Familiensuiten! Bei der Zimmer-Kategorie sind die Bäder nicht renoviert, eher aus den 70er Jahren (alte Fliesen, schimmlige Fugen, Badewanne mit Kalkflecken, altes Klo...) Die schönen Badezimmer Fotos im Hotelkatalog treffen auf Doppelzimmer zu, was aber nicht klar hervorgeht und irreführend ist. Somit auch eine ziemliche Enttäuschung vor Ort… Schade, da das Haus ansonsten wirklich schön und gemütlich ist.

Realxing, well crafted place to connect with nature right away!

The outdoor pool (natural) and Sauna was exceptional. I love it this way. The property is very cozy and not overstyled. The food is really good and cocktails are well crafted. A really good place to stay! Staff is friendly and professional and always there if you have any questions.
