Hotel with gorgeous views and great food!

The breakfast table is large, offering a wide variety of items. The food is fresh and staff is very welcoming and helpful. The food and hotel atmosphere gave us the best experience in Kaprun! We were on a half-board basis and enjoyed the different main courses offered during the dinner buffet. Could not recommend this hotel enough!!

Absolutely worth a visit.

Absolutely amazing plaze, the restaurant with 5-star buffet is a crown jewel! Staff is friendly and good parking possibilities. Surroundings are amazing and as Zell am See is close, there is plenty to do.

Poor wellness, missing cooling pool, missing whirlpool, only two showers... The calm room was not calm all! At sauna, there were no sheets! Average cuisine. We didn’t like self-service dinners. Not stable seating table.

Great one-week stay!

The hotel is great, not too big and not overcrouded. Breakfast is the same every day, but still with variety of options. Dinner is great, two mains every day cooked in front of you (one fish and one other meet), salads, appetizers etc.. two dessers. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. They made our bed every day - towels and bedsheets always in amazing shapes :) We had a great time!!

There is a 12 eur charge per night for the parking and also on dinner there is a charge for tap water

It was good, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The breakfast was quite good, though it would have been nice to have more options beyond the variety of eggs offered. Expanding the menu to include not just different starters but also a range of main meals would be a welcome improvement. For instance, adding choices like waffles or simple pancakes could enhance the breakfast experience.

For a hotel of this caliber, one would expect a few more amenities upon arrival, such as complimentary water bottles in the room. It was also unusual to have to request robes at the reception; typically, they would be available in the room. The same issue occurred with spa towels – despite a note indicating they would be changed daily, we found ourselves having to repeatedly ask for new ones as they were never replaced as promised. Furthermore, the policy regarding water during dinner is quite disappointing. Charging nearly five euros for water, while offering it for free only if a drink is purchased from the restaurant, seems unreasonable. Especially in a high-end hotel like this, water should be readily available and complimentary at all times. Additionally, while the restaurant's ambiance is quite upscale, the dessert selection could be improved. It would be more fitting to offer a variety of desserts, including local specialties. However, a significant drawback is that if you arrive a bit later during dinner, these desserts are often already finished, which is a letdown for guests looking forward to a sweet end to their meal.

It was the best acommodation we ever had when skiing. I would choose ever grun over amd over again

Clean, tasty and interesting food (diversity) and the great spa with 4 saunas and swimming pool. It is really well located, the bus stop is 2 min from the hotel or youcan walk 15 min to the ski lift

Maybe sometimes too hot in the hotel in general but that’s subjective

Fabulous Hotel with everything you’d ever want.

Although we were last to book, we had a terrific room with every facility. Quiet comfortable room with lift access straight to the car park Dinner was superb and breakfast was even better if that’s possible. Every imaginable food was provided.

Nothing to dislike. We’d definitely stay here again.

It is a nice hotel, with wonderful view, friedy staff, but some location of the rooms unfortunate.

The staff was super friendly. the choice of food during bfast and dinner was excellent. the wellness facility was also nice and clean. the location of the hotel is really nice, wonderful view from the rooftop pool.

I have booked one of the most expensive room category, which provided for us enough space, but unfortunately it was located just under the restaruant and its terrassse. In the evening we could not use our balcony because of the smokers at the restaruant terrasse and in the morning we woke up as the first guest started to push and pull the chairs on the floor. it was really pity and for sure a minus for the value for money. Some of the kitchen staff (who had direct contact with guest) didn not speak german or very broken english.

Sauna and pools should have extended opening hours. It would be nice to relax at outdoor pool past 9pm... Sauna is closing at the same time and it's not opened until 2pm. We didn't get summer pass because we arrived late...

Hotel is new and modern. All staff members are really polite and helpful (reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies). Ski room, restaurant area and spa looks very nice. Rooms are big and comfortable. Food is excellent, both breakfast and dinner, I would reccomend half board. There are both open and garage parking area.

Hotel is far from bus station, it is better option to travel to Glacier by your car. Water temperature in the pool can be few degrees higher.
