New year skiing trip

Excellent stay! Very enjoyable and comfy. Highly recommended.

Dinner was fantastic, 5 course meals for us as we opted for half board. Different courses for our 5 nights stay and not to forget, such delicious first class desserts. The rooms are huge and sauna is very good. It was very comfortable for 4 of us. It is just 5 minutes drive to nearest ski lift. The owners and staff are very friendly. They remembered small details of our preferences like our drinks which made it very personalised.

Would be good if they add fried eggs to their breakfast menu.

Dinner was great! Overall Hotel Künstleralm is a good price for the value - nice sauna and a delicious dinner.

The selection at breakfast was a bit low (especially not enough vegetables), although everything tasted good. Our bed was uncomfortable (too soft), and there wasn't enough light in the room - it was dim even with all the lamps switched on. The wifi was usually not working in our room only in the common area.

The hotel is nice, adequate comfortable and clean. We had half-board and especialy the dinners were very delicious (5 course). The staff are nice people. Great location for skiing. Free parking. Ski room.

We feel like home...

The Hotel is very nice, clean and the meals are super. We had a half-pension and was everything really delicious: the dinner was top every night. And they have also a kids menu, that is a ++, our little girl loved the options!! The owners are a very kind and lovely couple...we can only recommend!!!

Lovely hosts, incredible homemade simple food.

We’ve came here early season to ski in the Glacier. This place met our needs perfectly. We loved that the sauna was included in the room rate as where the bathrobe. Food was INCREDIBLY GOOD. Price versus quality, top notch.

I don’t understand the bad reviews on here about this hotel, this people they must be so unhappy in them lives. you get what you paid, I’d you want luxury go to 5 star hotel.

Noisy and intolerant guests (during silent hours) and nobody cared - greetings to czech guests (especially to woman with insane laugh which was heard across two floors) ;)

Majiteľ hotela neriešil problém s nízkou teplotou v izbe aj keď sme ho o to opakovane žiadali.

Hotel sa nachádza v blízkosti stanice lanovky.

Veľmi slabé raňajky, každý deň rovnaké raňajkové menu. V izbe bola nízka teplota, čo značne znížilo komfort ubytovania.

Die Lage zum Skigebiet ist super. Jede 15 Minuten Ski Busse. Umgebung tolle Wanderwege. Kleines schnuckliges Hotel. Großer Parkplatz. Leckeres Essen, gastfeindliche, liebevolle Hotelbesitzer und super freundliche Personal. Schönes Silvester Dinner mit Live-Musik.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was aber uns nicht gestört hat, da wir nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren. Kleine Anzahl an Steckdosen im Zimmer.

Kleines Hotel mit viel Herz und Service

Schönes kleines Hotel außerhalb von Kaprun mit herzlichen Gastgebern, die ihr Bestes geben ihre Gäste zu verwöhnen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr leckeres Abendessen mit verschiedenen Auswahlmöglichkeiten - ein Gruß und Dankeschön an die Küche. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und die Betten bequem. Uns hat sehr gut die etwas abgeschiedene Lage gefallen, die kleine Größe des Hauses und die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Teams :-)
