The bed and pillows are horrible The heating in the room didn't work (19 °C, it isn't possible to change) No fridge or kettle in the room Breakfast - 4 from 10, lack of healthy food Restaurante - the worst we visited in Kaprun The corridor is constantly dirty with street dirt, and there are stairs between the elevator and rooms A glass of water in the lobby costs 2 Euros Parking is 150m from the hotel Game room - it's better not to name it in this way

The restaurant was closed in the evenings which wasn’t great for us with child, booked for the ease of dinner at the hotel. The lift was slow and small.

Great location clean place and toilet

Location was good and parking was free which is a good thing also its a great experience reception ladies were very friendly and very helpful and upgraded our room thanks a lot

No coffee in the rooms or kettle no tissue very small towels.. noise can be heard Easley from who stays above footsteps any movement that was really annoying and late time too no considerations.. no AC only electric fan only it was very hot in the room

Amazing

The hotel was magnificent, as soon as we entered we met with Sophie, who was lovely. She had been expecting us (which was a nice surprise and made us feel welcomed) and explained how our stay would be perfectly. Parking on the property is free, unless you park in the garage, but they also had free off site parking which was really a 30 second walk, opposite to the hotel. Our room was serene and I enjoyed spending time in there, however, a great improvement would be if the tv could connect to netflix on my phone. Or have any sort of smart feature, after a lengthy drive I didn’t want to watch shows on my phone. But the tv had limited channels for English speaking people and so we really didn’t use it. The wellness centre was really therapeutic after a long day of skiing and overall the hotel is somewhere I’d definitely want to come back to again. They have handheld bidets for all the Muslim guests and a halal restaurant only 10min walk away!

although the tap water in the toilet was drinkable, i wasn’t comfortable enough drink from there. I wish there had been some sort of vending machine situation in which i would’ve gladly paid for bottled water. Since the pandemic I’ve become a slight germaphone and the anxiety I got from the idea of drinking from the tap in the toilet was bad. it may seem like an over reaction but especially with the drier air in the mountains and skiing all day I would’ve liked to have had access to bottled drinks in the hotel. we did buy packs from the grocery store but it would’ve been nicer to have at least a vending machine would be great. Another thing to watch out for is the swimming pool is not private at all. People sitting in the restaurant can clearly see out.

Enjoyed the skiing and hotel was only ok.

Breakfast ok. Same each day. It was reasonable.

Room too small for 3 adults. one of the beds was for a child only. Very small bedroom for double and single bed. The half board was far too expensive considering such small dinner every night. The food each night was basically the same dish with a different name e.g. one night "jambalaya", next night "a prawn with rice" etc. Far too expensive in my opinion for the small portions and lack of variety every night.

Excellent choice to stay in Kaprun.

The hotel is in a great location and it’s convenient to get around the town. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well set up for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were simply outstanding and I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful - especially Iva.

Comfortable stay in the center of Kaprun with great cuisine

Great location in the center of Kaprun, with convenient parking. Very good food - a lot to choose from for breakfast, tasty snacks and dinners, big choice of drinks. Nice & friendly stuff, easy to talk to, providing great service. Beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, everything super clean, quite good sound proofing, big room for ski equipment. Hotel donates to environment initiatives if guests waives room cleaning what we liked. Easy communication and ordering of service via tablet. Despite of few improvement points we enjoyed the stay and would return.

Opening hours of wellness quite short (15:00 - 20:00) and colliding with snack serving time (15:00 - 16:30) and dinner (18:00 - 20:00) so one needs to be in hurry to enjoy all that. Lack of privacy in showers when cooling down swiming dress free after sauna. Coffee/tea set not available in the room.

Adjusting the room temperature did not work with the pad provided for the purpose.
