A great location to travel around.
Breakfast was good, the location was great. The owner, Josef, was very present, helpful and kind. The Kaprun SummerCard was included in the price, which is a great Plus, especially for larger families.
We travelled in high-season, actually at the peak, so most locations were very busy, including ours and especially Kaprun. A lot of coming and going, even in the night, which is out of anyone´s reach.

Nice room, Zelm am See Kaprun Card offered by the pension was very good with a lot of advantages for the local obiectives, the host is quite nice and helpful.
The breakfast is basic, no yard.

The owner was in constant touch for all the queries.
The lady who was managing the front desk was very helpful. She even packed us our breakfast early morning.
Location-- > Excellent in less than 10 mins walk and 3 mins. drive by car we were at the ski lift.

there are 11 parking spaces in the territory. if the hotel is 100% full, then all guests won't have enough parking spaces or your car will be blocked by the car of another negligent guest.

Die Lage
Das Zimmer im EG lag seltsam direkt angrenzend zur Rezeption. Der Boden war schmutzig und klebrig, die Toilette nicht sauber und vom Spuren vom Vorgänger sichtbar. Spinnweben an den Decken, Lampenschirme über dem Bett voller toter Fliegen, verklebte Oberflächen in der Küche und im Seitenfach des Kühlschranks, schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank. Mussten erstmal so gut es geht säubern, das wünscht man sich nicht im Urlaub. Wofür die im Buchungspreis enthaltenen 80 EUR Reinigungsgebühr verwendet werden, ist uns ein Rätsel. Nägel stehen an der Schiebetür zum Bad weit heraus, hier hohe Verletzungsgefahr. Sehr lauter Boiler, der immer anspringt wenn man sich die Hände wäscht, die Toilettenspülung betätigt oder duscht. Frühstück lieblos kostensparend ohne Obst oder Gemüse wie auf den Bildern gesehen. Sind nach einer Nacht (trotz gebuchter zwei Nächte abgereist, da unzumutbar für die Kinder.

Die Lage war sehr gut
Unzumutbare Pension – Ein Albtraumaufenthalt
Leider war mein Aufenthalt in dieser Pension alles andere als erholsam. Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die man von einer Pension für diesen Preis erwarten würde.
Frühstück: Die Auswahl war minimal und eher enttäuschend. Es gab kaum frische oder qualitativ hochwertige Produkte, lediglich das Nötigste wurde angeboten, sodass man schnell das Gefühl hatte, einfach abgefertigt zu werden.
Apartment: Das Apartment war schlichtweg inakzeptabel. Es war alt und in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand. Schimmel in den Ecken und an den Wänden war nicht zu übersehen. Die Fenster waren völlig undicht, sodass es bei kaltem Wetter unangenehm zugig war. Auf der Fensterbank fanden sich außerdem Haare, was auf mangelnde Reinigung hinweist. Überall hingen Spinnenweben – das war definitiv nicht das, was man unter einem sauberen Zimmer versteht. Zudem hat der Kühlschrank die ganze Zeit komische Geräusche gemacht.
Betten: Das Klappbett war eine Katastrophe. Es brach in der Nacht mehrfach zusammen, was zu schlaflosen Stunden führte und den Aufenthalt noch unangenehmer machte. Für eine Pension, die als gemütliche Unterkunft angeboten wird, ist dies völlig untragbar.
Toilette: Die Toilette war nicht nur alt, sondern auch unhygienisch. Es war offensichtlich, dass die Pflege hier zu wünschen übrig ließ. Es fehlte an grundlegenden Reinigungsstandards, was inakzeptabel war.
Skikeller: Der Skikeller war eine weitere Enttäuschung. Statt einer ordentlichen Ausstattung mit Splinten oder einer geeigneten Aufbewahrung gab es lediglich eine Heizung. Dies machte das Aufbewahren von Skiern oder Ausrüstung unangenehm und wenig funktional.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in dieser Pension eine einzige Enttäuschung. Die mangelnde Sauberkeit, der schlechte Zustand der Einrichtung und die unzureichenden Annehmlichkeiten machen diese Unterkunft absolut unzumutbar. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier zu übernachten.

Výborné umístění, zcela klidné místo minutu od centra Kaprunu, pár kilometrů od Zell am See, pár set metrů od lanovky ve
Velmi dobré umístění, kousek od centrální stanice vleku,odkud se lze dále pohodlně dostat až na ledovec Kitzsteinhorn, cca 2min autem nebo pěšky. 200 m od výborné restaurace (pizza,kebab,tzaziky lepší než v Aténách), 1 min od centra Kaprunu ( obchod, půjčovna lyží atd).
Mimořádně milý personál hotelu, pan Josef vstřícný, empatický.
Výborná snídaně.
Cena ubytováni oproti ostatním hotelům příznivá.
