Staff are welcoming and helpful.

Not deserve to be 4 stars hotel. Very basic room. Nothing special about, beside the the Sauna it’s bed and breakfast. No water kettle, complimentary tea, coffee or water. Floors are not clean and sticky. Very pricey and you need to pay also 8 euros for car park. Not easy to find car park.

Amazing stay with my wife

Great friendly stuff, and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. Tasty breakfast and a very nice a la carte dinner. A summer card is also good - gives you some savings.

Pillows are too soft, no air conditioning.

Sommercard, was included, gives you free lifts, entries and the boat ride at Zell all free, great location, food was good. Few languages spoken at the hotel, which is great.

Old uncomfortable mattresses, daily fee for parking at the hotel !!!??? No undercover or place, where you can securely leave your bikes.

It was nice trip

the location was fine with me , specially I rent a car there, the staff were nice, easy check in and check out.

the breakfast had little choices, and it was same every day, no variations the bedsheets were not clean at check in, and the mattress was not comfortable

Breakfast - great choice of tea cheese and rolls, fresh orange juice, lovely bacon, 2 types of sausages, nice bread, lovely dining room and table preparation Reception - quick check in, friendly staff Beautiful facilities - open terrace, skis and boots drying room, nice bathrooms, several sitting areas, convenient balcony Lovely castle view, close to town centre, quiet rooms

Rooms are comfortable, food was good, facilities were good. Staff were really very nice.

Location wasn't as good as expected. The ski bus stop was very close but the frequency was only once every 30 min, and it was only going to Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn, rather than in both directions, i.e also to Zell. It's of course not the responsibility of the hotel to decide on the frequency or route of the bus, but it does mean one needs a car to be flexible to also experience the other areas included in the ski pass, and should be pointed out in the hotel description And given that one is better off with a car, charging €8 for car parking per day is quite a lot. An improvement to the rooms would be tea making facilities

modern facilities. 10 min walk from the main Maiskogelbahn lift and with the ski storage facilities at Bründl sports meant no carrying skis or walking in ski boots.

Absolutely perfect in every way. We usually visit each season 3 different places and Vierjahreszeiten is the top of our choice still. We stayed here couple of times already. Summer and Winter, both times we felt very welcomed, they speak many languages so it is very convenient. Rooms are lovely, clean and cosy. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful lobby and bar areas, with REAL fireplace, where we loved to enjoy coffee, glass of wine or beer.. Summer has lots to offer with the summer card, winter is super convenient with ski bus right in front the hotel. PERFECT!. We cannot forget to mention the super awesome food, we were just amazed how tasty and excellent the dinners were. Big compliments to the chef!!! Simply nothing to fault to this hotel and their superb team.

The room was super cold when we arrived. The food was traditional but not very many options at times. The fireplace was rarely on.

Super helpful staff and comfortable place with excellent facilities

loved the facilities and super comfortable bed. The Spa area was incredibly relaxing and well-catered. Breakfast options were overall nice but maybe it needs more variety. Staff is super helpful and informative. They also offer the summer card which gives you a whole lot of discount and free entrances and rides around the city.

The property was perfect, it’s just a little far from the bus station, around a 10 mins walk, which was only inconvenient when we were walking with our luggage to the hotel. The rooms might need to add a kettle, coffee and a mini fridge.

the fact the hotel is not open 24/7 if you are reaching late you might find the hotel closed with particular letter for you on the door giving you instructions how to find your room key and the room number

I like the stuff and especially Ivanna very kind and helpful. I like the breakfast delicious and various. I like also the hotel view and location. Also the room is clean and balcony nice.

we booked 2 rooms for 3 and 2 night HB, the first room was a suite but it had a strange use off space, 30% of the roomspace was useless
