A wonderful stay in Kaprun!

We loved everything about our stay at this guesthouse. The location was excellent, a short walk from all the main restaurants, and the Maiskogelbahn. Our host, Daniella, was helpful and friendly, and when we were delayed checking in, she stayed late until we arrived, which we really appreciated after a long journey. We loved getting in the sauna at the end of each day, and the spa area was spotlessly clean. Our rooms were also very clean, and we enjoyed the balcony views, the heated floor and having access to a kettle and fridge was a bonus! Breakfast was plentiful and prepared us well for the slopes. Every detail has been thought about here to make guests as comfortable as possible. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Overall it was ok!

Breakfast was normal ok, with small shortcomings listed in the point what should be done! Ski room- OK! Bus to the slopes that stops near the property! The woman who cleaned the room was very kind and helpful! Everything was very clean!

More diverse breakfast, same food every day! No fruit! TV in the room very small! The fact that for good reasons a family could not arrive, a room was fully paid for on booking, from the first day we arrived I said this, later I noticed that it was occupied by someone, not even a little gift was conveyed to the family who did not comme!

Very neath, kind helpfull host, good facilities, perfect stay

Everything was perfect. Though it was not a hotel but it had all the facilities one needed. It was extraordinary clean and the staff where very kind. The host was really kind and helpfull and made us feel at home. We got free summercards from the host wich added more value to our stay. I hope we would be back here.

great location in a short distance from town, restaurants, hiking trails and skilift. nice charge-free wellness are with saunas, steam bad, chill balcony, it is only shame it closes at 19.30h. huge storage for skis and wet stuff. nice room and comfortable bed. Easy parking in front of the building.

Breakfast was pretty average - every day for a week in a row the same things of mediocre quality - the ham, supermarket cakes.(I have high expectations, I would appreciate home-baked.) But coffee was good. Grumpy or tired owners.

We had a great stay :) Daniela and the team at Steger were very welcoming, also before our trip. The hotel & room itself is very spacious, clean and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The only downside was that our stay was short. Also the location is great.

Highly recommended for couples and honeymoon

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The beds are comfy yet small. The toilet is spotless. The breakfast is good. I recommend the hotel for couples and honeymoons.

Good choice to stay in Kaprun with great value.

Nice, cosy gasterhaus with superb location quite close to the center of Kaprun but in the same time not in the total center, thus it was quiet in the night. Nice stuff, comfy room, big balcony, to sum it up, I was very happy with my chodice.

Daniela the host was very nice and professional, the breakfast area and the breakfast itself were perfect, it is walking distance from the lifts, the room was very clean. There's a Sauna. The lobby is very nice.

It was noisy after 10pm in the adjacent room and nobody seemed to care, even though we were told there's a rule to be quiet.

Ski trip to get away

The staff was really friendly. The hotel very cozy, clean and nice. The space in the room was very good. Location to walk to city center and drive to Kitzsteinhorn was very good.

The beds for adults could be better. Something to improve definitely are the pillows. The automatic light which turns on with sensor is not very nice as there is no way to inactivate it if you don't feel it necessary.
