Excellent place to base yourself and family for a great ski holiday and in summer I’m sure too but I’ve never visited at

Very clean and ample facilities! Excellent spot in the village. Very easy to get around from this apartment! We will stay here again for sure!

Sauna was very busy at all times so never got to use it 😵‍💫

Fantastic Location, central to everything and easy to find. The room was large and spacious.

Minimal reception hours make it very hard to talk to a person - if you’re skiing, or doing any activity that has a morning start. There is no service for example a new towel (if needed). I understand it is not a hotel, thus the rooms are not made up during your stay.

We were satisfied with everything. The accommodation was in a great location, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was well-equipped and clean. We would be happy to come back again.

We had a perfect time and enjoyable stay

Everything was perfect, check in process was easy and fast, there is a lot of parking space, the hotel is in middle of the town close to many amenities like restaurants and grocery shops, it’s also close to most of the attractions points, mrs Gotthardt and her team are friendly, very helpful and easy to reach at any time. They made our stay lovely and enjoyable. Zell am see Kaprun summer card is provided for free at the property.

very helpful staff i had a lost baggage there were of great help. and also helpful with other matters through the rest of our stay. in fact they were so helpful can't give anything less than 10. great location. close to bus stops

Great stay

Location is great considering for winter sports and some restaurants. Supermarket is very close and bakery also. The room was spacey and comfy. Bed is also comfy. Self check in was easy. Parking space was a bit confusing at arrival, but we manage to figure it out with the help of locals. I would recommend it.

Toilet is in a room by itself, which was inconvenient for us but I guess manageable.

Lovely apartments, in a brilliant location! The owners were so helpful, the apartments really did have everything we needed! Right in the town centre, close to restaurants, bars and shops and only a minutes walk from the ski bus stop. Apartments were huge and really well kitted out, ski room/laundry room and lovely Sauna in the basement. Right over a Brundl sports for Ski Hire and we were able to order Ski Passes at reception. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay, comfortable and spacious apartment. Ideal for couples.

Comfortable beds, kitchen equipment, separate bathrooms for each bedroom and the sauna facilities.

Nothing to dislike, but if you are a light sleeper you might experience some party sounds on busy days if your bedroom is facing the carousel. Keep the windows closed, they isolate the sounds. You are located in the centre.

Cozy aparthotel at Kaprun ski resort

The hotel is located in the centre of Kaprun - walking distance from restaurants / bars and the ski slopes Kitzsteinhorn/Maiskogel. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and well equipped (including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher). The check-in process was simple and straightforward and the staff were very friendly - they even left us a plate of Christmas cookies in the room.

The apartment is quite far from the ski lift. Breakfast is rather week, 3 bedroom apartment but only 2 has bathroom the 3rd doesn't.

Poorly decorated, Kitchen has all you need but not enough room to work in. The location, in the middle of kaprun had no view to the beautiful surroundings.
