Very helpful host, good value for money. Maiskogelbahn is 10 min with a ski bus that stops 30m from the house, easy access to ski room. Everything as advertised.

1. Bed are a little bit too small for 2m tall person. (please mention it on the website!) 2. Replace the microwave with a microwave/oven combination. No oven means no baking of baquettes 3. A (cheap) non-stick frying pan to bake eggs! Now there only is one steel frying pan which is not suitable for baking eggs 4. The TV in the living room/kitchen is broken: First it is not possible to set it to another language than Russian(??) and second, it switches off every 10 minutes. As it menu is in Russian or some cyrillic language, it's not possible to fix that. So people are forces to split up to their bedrooms that have TVs as well. But I was not there to split up but to do things together, including the option of watching TV.

size of the rooms isvery good, nice bathroom, and a hygienic Sauna. the bus to the Maiskogel is 20 meter walk from the apartment. Very comfortable.

Exceptional

Everything is well organized and efficient. we enjoyed the stay, the comfort, the cleanness, the breakfast. But the most important is that our hosts, Suzanne and Lady Kappacher, her mother, are so nice and warm and eager to help, to provide any info you may need, to make you feel at home. And smiling all the time, creating an atmosphere of joy. I wish them a long great life and a happy New Year in 2022!

Location was great and the host was very nice too. Breakfast was really nice. And facilities were great too. We really enjoyed our stay in Kaprun.

We had two book 2 rooms through booking.com as our son is 6 but ended up staying in one as there was an extra bed. I wish there was an option to select only one room instead.

Tolle, sehr saubere Pension

Supernette Pensionswirtin, außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit überall. Der Skilift ist zwar nicht fußläufig erreichbar, dafür fährt der Skibus quasi direkt vor der Türe ab.

Alles Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht.

Super freundliche Gastgeber, Zimmer war super sauber und gepflegt. Zimmer hatte eine Top Größe… mit einem riesigen Balkon. Die Anbindung mit dem Bus zum Skigebiet ist nur 20 m neben dem Haus auch hier eine Top Lage… Auch beim Frühstück geht man hier individuell auf jeden Gast ein. Perfekt. Sehr gerne kommen wir hier wieder her.

Ubytování super, přímo od domu jezdí ski bus, za domem je sjezdovka vhodná pro začátečníky kam se dá sjet od domu takže

Nejvíce se nám líbil přístup personálu, paní majitelka je super, hodná, příjemná a se vším vyjde vstříc.

Určitě bych ocenil kdyby na pokoji byla alespoň rychlovarná konvice, ale nám ji paní zapůjčila několikátý den.

Eine sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft. In schöner ruhiger Lage und trotzdem ist man in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß im Zentrum oder an der Skipiste. Liebe Gastgeber, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
