Nice stay , nice price, central but quiet location

Central location, free parking on the spot, cozy rooms, basic toiletters-just soap and toilet paper, kind receptionist. It was a basic accomodation but we didn’t miss anything douring a 3 night stay.

The kettle in the room without cups. Just two glasses but you can’t put boiling water inside . It was a little cold at night. We ask for additional blankets and we get them.

Location of the Property.

No room.cleaning service or at least enough availability of toilet rolls. There is no wash basin in the toilet. Linen had hairs of previous guests.

It was clean and the location was perfect. Great value for the money.

We didn’t have mini fridge. In the morning, 6am I could hear people running in front of our room and I couldn’t sleep well.

Haus Mara is so beautifully decorated. The garden in the evening gives you a wonderful impression of the Christmas. The lights are just beautiful.

Nice host

The host was very nice. The location is close to Kaprun center and there is a nice parking place in front of the house. You have a very nice terrace from where you can admire the amazing Kaprun view.

There is no fridge in the room (we benefit from host help to put some beers at his fridge :)) ). Also the room with external bath is not so confortable (specially in the night). In the bath there was no toillet paper when we arrived.

The bathroom outside the room, the room is not clean. The bathroom and toilet are outside the room in the outer corridor, there is no elevator, the room is very small, the covers of beds are not clean, there are a hair from previous guests on the bed. One small bar of soap and two small bottles of shampoo for four guests☹️

Nice (very) Budget Hotel

The staff were great, super helpful and nice. Changed our room no questions asked and also brought us a kettle. Great location in Kaprun down a quiet street with plenty of free parking.

Nothing really negative just a few points. It is as advertised a budget hotel. No kettle or soap or things like that in the room so just be prepared with things. I requested a room change as our initial room had a large side window than opened up onto another rooms balcony which was very strange.

Nice place to spend the night and continue the journey

Very friendly staff! Big car parking! In a quiet location with a good view - it was nice to wake up with a view of the mountains. Place for drying clothes. The room was cleaned and looked pretty clean. Outside, the house immediately introduces into the atmosphere of the holiday.

Lack of breakfast is a big problem if you want to leave the hotel/town early. By eight in the morning we found only one bakery-cafe that was open and, of course, there was a queue. It is advisable to add a kettle to the room.

the pictures in Booking are much better than the reality. For 100€ there is no even a soap or shampoo. The sink in room 2 is not in the bathroom. it is in the room behind the door. Some sticky stains on the wooden floor… Actually this is a kind of dormitory.

I liked the location , near Zell Am See and all services are near the area , better to stay at Kaprun than the center of Zell Am See
