A place to be in Kaprun!

Central location, to the public transport (which was for free with the guest card!!!), plenty of shops, restaurants, great connection to go to many attractions, and the most important: fabulous host! Very kind, helpful, caring and lovely person! Thanks to him we didn’t miss anything interesting. We had a great time there.

Entire building is veey very nice and clean. Peter is an amazing host. Also, in the appartment you have evrything that you need for comfortable staying including equipment in the kitchen. Location of the apartment is amazing and parking is additional value. Location is perfect. I would gladly recomend this place as well as return one day.

Internet may be better but if we take into account that we were on vacation and we wanred a rest from mobile phone, unstable internet connection was welcomed :)

Nice, cozy and warm place really close to ski lift

Pension is absolutely amazing! Big rooms, very cozy, warm, located really close to MK Maiskogelbahn lift (5-7 min walk), separate room for skis. Some kitchen appliance is also available in the room. And Mr Griesser is very hospitable, open and friendly. I really enjoyed staying here and happy to made this choice.

Wonderful apartment for a family break

Amazing location: close to the lifts and ski schools, close to restaurants, there's enough room for the whole family in the apartment. Having a kitchenette is essential when travel with kids.

Nothing major, but would be great to have salt/olive oil/shampoo in the apartment too so you don't need to buy all that just for a few days.

Exceptional

We got welcomed by the host who upgraded our room. Explained all the ways to get to the ski station/gletsjer and also gave us discount tickets to the spa in the Valle. Made us feel at home straight away & with the location being so central in the town it was easy to go out for dinner or lunch with walking distance!

Perfect

Great location, very quiet but still almost in the center of Kaprun, close to everything (cable-car, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop). The host, Mr. Griesser, was very kind and helpful and I recommend everybody to stay at his place.

Spacious and comfortable room in a nicely decorated house. Very relaxing on the balcony.

Excellent location, close to everything (town center, cable-car, bus stop, supermarket etc.) Located in a backstreet, very quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony a lot. There is a table there, so you can have meal/tea/snack there. The house is nice, with very good decoration. Spacious room, with dinning table/chairs, sofa etc. The host Peter is knowledgable about the surroundings, and gave good advice about visiting.

The kitchen is really small; you can only do very simple cooking like boiling food. The host did not reply messages sent through booking.com, and was not reachable by phone when we arrived early, though things worked out OK.

Very spacy and comfortable room with balcony (where you can rest and eat), and with little kitchen - equipment for simple cooking for 2 persons. Appartment in the centre very close to the lift. Clean and quiet. Mr. Griesser, the owner, was very nice and helpful.

Heerlijk verblijf, perfecte locatie

Locatie was perfect, midden in dorp en alles(ski-lift, supermarkt, bakker) op loopafstand. Maar Prijs-kwaliteit was goed. Erg vriendelijke gastheer. Parkeren bij locatie.

Het enige aandachtspunt was dat de keuken, (ingebouwd in kast) heel erg gedateerd was, en eigenlijk niet geschikt was om zelf te koken. Los (verouderd) elektrisch kookstel met 2 pitten, die matig verwarmen en geen afzuiging.

Прекрасное расположение в центре деревушки Капрун. Супермаркет в 5 минут ходьбы, автобусная остановка также близко. Очень милый хозяин, господин Питер (большой привет от нас). Пошел навстречу всем нашим пожеланиям. Апартаменты с одной спальней и гостиной совмещенной с кухней, раздельные санузлы, очень удобно.

Ну кухня встроена в шкаф)) Прикольно. Не хватало вытяжки, в комнате всегда был запах еды))

الموقع ممتاز واطلاله جميلة توجد فيه حديقة ومواقف مجانيه وبطاقة كابرون وزيلامسي قريب جدا من قمة كابرون والزحليقه غير كذا صاحب الفندق كبير في السن وبشوش وطيب من افضل الاماكن التي اقمت فيها

Viel Raum, dennoch wenig Platz

Das Appartement war sehr sauber Das verdient großes Lob Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Das Appartement ist großzügig vom Platz und sehr sauber Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal wieder flott gemacht werden. Der Fensterhebel war locker Im Bad waren beide Handtuchhalter locker Die untere Halterung der Duschstange war ab Es gab keinen Föhn (gehört für mich heute zum Standard) Auf der Toilette gab es keinen Halter für die Ersatzrollen, diese wurden auf die Klobürste gesteckt. Geht gar nicht. Alles Kleinigkeiten, dennoch nervig. Insgesamt fehlten mir auch Ablagen. Der Kleiderschrank hat nur 1 Stange und darüber 1 Fach. Mehr nicht. Wohin also mit der Wäsche, die nicht aufgehängt wird? Das Zimmer wäre groß genug für eine Kommode oder ähnliches.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in den Bergen rundum genossen! Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und gepflegt – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber, der unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit waren super. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir hatten einen Skikeller und einen Parkplatz, direkt auf dem Grundstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
