We had a ski vacation straight out of a fairytale - with wonderful people, in a beautiful location.

The hotel is exceptional - from the location, architecture, view, the owners always attentive to the needs of tourists with advice, directions, the help offered, to one of the best breakfasts I've had at any hotel and unlimited access to the sauna and Tauern SPA.

I don't think it's possible to dislike anything about this hotel.

Perfect!

First of all, I would like to thank Andres and his wife for hosting us. Everything was perfect, with clear instructions for everything. The breakfast was delicious, the room felt brand new, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained.

Parking is slightly tight, so you need to be careful when parking your car.

Overall good, but needs improvements on some aspects especially the AC, food and parking.

Calm, clean and the owner is friendly. Provide the Zell am see/Kaprun summer card. Good view on the river.

No AC. Parking is very very tight and narrow. No restaurant in the hotel, so only breakfast, no lunch and dinner options, so you have to go to Zell am ser everyday for good meals as Kaprun doesn’t have that many good options. The breakfast variety is good and the drinks are good too, only thing is that there is no main breakfast meal except for egg which needs improvement as well.

totally worth the money. perfect ratio price/services

This is the perfect location to stay in Kaprun. Right in the center near the Pavilion and the Intersport Store. Everything was perfect from arrival till departure. We have a double room on the first level with a balcony on the Pavilion side. So if you like the apres ski parties, you can be there without problems. This boutique hotel is authentic jewelry in terms of quality of services in all departments: reception, check-in, and breakfast ( with gourmet products and a beautiful view of the river). The room was very spacious, with a big balcony. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. In terms of cleanliness... SPOTLESS !!! The room has all the facilities you need. On the ground floor near the reception, there is a beautiful area to socialize with your friends and a bar if you like to drink something. On the 4th floor is a spotless sauna area with a beautiful view of the mountains. BONUS in the room price, there are included vouchers for Tauren Spa.

the receptionist was the hotel owner and he was the rudest person on the world the way he talk was very baaaad the the welcoming was very bad and he charge me more that what agreed on the booking about price he charge me for my two kids extra one it one and half year and one is three years I didn’t ask anything for them and he charge me very bad

Wonderful stay, highly recommend

Everything was just great. The hotel is modern and tastefull, our room was big and comfortable, with beautiful balcony and view. Great breakfast everyone will indulge in. We also got free entry to the Tauern Spa and Sommercard, which saved us a lot time and money. Location is perfect and the staff and the owners very nice. One of the best accomodations I have had.

The garage is a bit tight but it wasn’t really a problem in the end.

A great stay in Kaprun

Beautiful, modern hotel, located in the very center of Kaprun. Its location is perfect for activities in and outside Kaprun, such as the Maisi Flitzer alpine coaster, Tauern Spa, Kaprun Dam, Kitzsteinhorn, Sigmund-Thun-Klamm and Klammsee. The hotel is easily accessible, parking is available, restaurants and coffee places around as well as sport and outdoor stores. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. We were offered the Zell Am See card for the entire stay as well as separate daily entrance card to the Tauern spa. Our room was equipped with all the necessaries, faced the river with a beautiful view. Room and the entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with much variety to choose from. A high standard hotel we'll definitely look forward returning to.

Kaprun weekend

The location was pretty great, just couple of minutes walk to nearby restaurants, ski lift to Maiskogel, a supermarket. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed breakfast where there was a rich selection of different dishes and you could order freshly made eggs and coffee from the staff.

The stay overall was great but I must say that for the amount we paid the room was not that exceptional so we were little disappointed in that - there was also no wall/ door separating the bathroom, so no privacy there.
