The location is perfect, takes less than 10 mins to reach the Kizsteinhorn parking. The hotel has a room in the basement for storing skis and boots (boots dryer is available to use too). Free parking is included in the price; Check-in was easy and clear. Host and Staff are very responsive and friendly. I'd come back again for sure in the future if we ever come back to Kitzsteinhorn for skiing holidays.
The bed in the room I stayed in was too soft, I experienced back pain after spending 5 nights on it.

Very good location, easy to find, close to the skilift,very tasty breakfast. It was cold in the room and we received an extra duvet. It was a beautiful ski holiday in Kaprun!

Black mold in the bathroom, spider webs, the „double bed“ is two single beds pushed together, exceptionally poor breakfast, haven‘t seen any personell during the stay
