Nice small hotel. Room was equipped with a kitchenette (note that it was a microwave and not a true oven). Room was quite small though - very expensive for what you receive, priced at a 5 star rate but definitely not the Ritz!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Super quality toiletries, coffee and tea provided. A really good buffet breakfast with lots of fresh local food and eggs cooked fresh to order. Small room.

Casper at the reception was very helpful. Due to covid there was no buffet breakfast but they had very good selection for a la carre. Location was great 10 mins drive to the Kitzsteinhorn and they also have a complimentary summer card

Very nice hotel. The senic view You only get when renting the apartments. But apart from that nice rooms - not that big - but surely nice. The breakfast is the hotels highlight. Breakfast is excelent! The sauna-area is very good - not that big but high standart. Full recomendation!

I spent one night at the Avenida Panorama Suites after a day of sightseeing in the Bechtesgaden and Zell Am See region. We had a double room with balcony in the newly built annex, and the room was, albeit small, really nice, bright and fresh. Everything in the mini bar was included the first night, and as guests we were also given free Zell Am See summer cards, entitling us to discounts etc. in the Zell Am See region for the time of our stay. The staff was furthermore very welcoming and informative. The hotel did not have any restaurant itself, but there were several restaurants nearby. We took a ten minutes (slow) walk to the Dorfstadl serving local dishes in a cosy and traditional environment. We looked for hotels in Kaprun as we were planning to visit the Sigmund-Thun Gorge in Kaprun, which turned out to be just a five minutes drive from the hotel. All in all we were very pleased with our stay at the Avenida Panorama Suites, and can recommend it to anybody passing by, or staying a longer time.
