Location is excellent for skiing, directly on the bus stop, short walk to all the restaurants and bars in Kaprun. The breakfast is generous and tasty. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The shower is on the small side.

A stay at Pension Heidi was an excellent choice for my one-week ski holiday in Kaprun. The guesthouse is conveniently located in the heart of the town, on the main street through Kaprun, but still in a quiet place, and features a free of charge car park and a bus stop in front of the property - it is very important for skiers and snowboarders who would like to get on the bus with boots on feet. Pension Heidi is situated a 13-14-minute bus ride from the Gletscher Jet 1 (the first section of the Kitzsteinhorn cable car) valley station and an about 20-minute bus ride from Zell am See town center. The bus 660 operates quite frequently. The owners are very friendly, nice and make sure that you feel like at home. My room 211 was located on the second floor, was very cosy, clean, quiet and warm, featured a bathroom and a toilette that were separated from each other and very clean. Interestingly, towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned every day, too. There was a spacious terrace with a view onto the main street. A rich, tasty and diversified typical Austrian buffet style breakfast was always a great beginning of the day full of adventures. A Wi-Fi connection was very good, warm water was available all the time. On the ground floor there is a ski and snowboard storage room. Taking into account that the guesthouse is located in the center of Kaprun, the price was quite attractive. I did spend a great time at Pension Heidi, rested very well and would like to come back there in the future again! I do love such a truly alpine style a lot and it was what I was looking for!

Great location, just on the bus/skibus stop. Close to the center of Kaprun. Very friendly owners, great breakfast. All in all great experience.

It's rather a personal issue due to my hight, but I do not enjoy enclosed bed (heads on both sides) so much. Small people or people used to it will find absolutely no issue at all :)

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the hotel where I recently stayed. The room was far too small and uncomfortable, and I was shocked by the rudeness and lack of courtesy displayed by the staff. The bathrooms were in terrible condition, with a foul smell that suggested they hadn't been cleaned in centuries. The breakfast was very disappointing as well, consisting of the same limited options every day and in very small quantities. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge you to take steps to improve the quality of the accommodations and the service provided by the staff.
