everything was great especially the lady on the reception she was very kind and helpful the room is spacious and clean the view was amazing
the only thing is that they took our portable bidet and they said that it’ll ruin their wooden floor

Usually I stay at a different hotel in Kaprun, and this was a nice surprise how much I liked this place.

no coffee making facilities nor minibar in a 4 star hotel. Hotel bar closed at 22:00 despite the fact there were many people there, willing to spend money.

this is undoubtedly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in, a lovely Austrian chalet style building with a lovely room, clean, comfortable and modern. the staff were exceptional and the food delicious
