The perfect place to stay

We stayed at the property for 1 week, during our ski/snowboard vacation, and we had the Studio room. It was very comfortable, very clean, the bed mattress is super comfy and we found the room overall quiet. The breakfast was delicious, varied and we were happy to see that you can also personalise it (omelette, eggs, pancakes). Also, something else we loved was the SPA (Finnish sauna, infrared chairs, lounges), and the shuttle that was very conveniently taking us from the hotel reception to the slopes and back. The host was great, and everybody from the staff that we communicated with was super friendly as well. There are many restaurants close (5-10 min on foot) and plenty of parking spots. We literally had everything we needed for a perfect skiing vacation :)

Brilliant! Highly recommend for big families.

Absolutely beautiful suite in Kaprun. My family (4 adults and 4 kids) loved everything. The view was the best. Great bedrooms with comfy beds, big loungeroom with fire for family and big kitchen for cooking. We had ski lockers to use, free ski shuttle bus, laundry downstairs… friendly reception staff. Cleaners came in part way through our stay and did more than expected! Expensive, but for a big group it is well worth it for what you get. Highly recommend.

Over all it was nice

Clean room , shattaf in the bathroom , breakfast variety.

The suite located in a hill area from one side you are in the 2nd floor but from the balcony which has a bathtub ( which I couldn’t use ) you will find yourself in ground level exposed to parking cars. No air conditioning ( fan was provided). We couldn’t open the windows because there was no net preventing insects getting inside. Also the window in the bedroom facing the reception area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The suite was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and beautifully furnished, which made for a very comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options, including choices that were well-suited for Arab guests, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful service.

Best place in the Alps

It's one of our favorite hotels. In fact it's the second hotel in our lives where we returned. The rooms are big, comfy, welcoming. Everything is very well organized and clean. The breakfast is very good.

The fact that we didn't have more days to stay there. 😉

It’s very hot as no AC was available and windows can’t be opened long time as there is no insect repellents net which prevents insects from coming in. The rooms are very small to accommodate two large suitcase

Beautiful modern hotel, with a perfect view and very nice and helpful staff.

Our standard room had a bathroom separated only by glass door that couldn't be fully closed, and there was heavy pipe smell after every use of toilet or sink.

Location is perfect, clean room !! Good and amazing view. It has shataf in the bathroom. Kitchen is nice and well prepared

Price is too expensive.The room and bathroom too small I was not able to put and open my suitcase. The view from the room window not good because of plants need cut and mowing also, there is a lot of insects when I tried to open the window for airflow.

Everything was very nice. The stuff very helpful, they gave us summer cards for free (we didnt even expect that) - and trust me-this summer card is kind of golden in that area, so we really appreciate that. The breakfast was great, they prepare fresh eggs as you wish. #spoko

Its not exactly about the property, but what significantly influenced our stay was the huge amount of Arabic people around.. I have nothing against them, but they were everywhere. It was almost rare to see an European. They are quite noisy and following their culture.

I loved it

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the location. The kitchenware was clean. I didn't need to buy more kitchenware. I liked the private Sauna and private outdoor Jacuzzi. Clean towels and bathrooms. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Poor cleaning under the beds. When I checked-in, I found used underwear under a bed. The kitchen is not part of their daily housekeeping. No Air conditioning but they gave us small fans to cool the rooms which was noisy but reduced the heat.
