Great, worth to visit again!

Great place, really good located in almost the city center. Everything is available in 10-15 minutes walk. The place is clean, cozy, the rooms are perfect. Breakfast were good and tasty. There is a wallbox so if you need you can charge your electric car. There is a few parking lots so you can always find a space to park.

Lovely stay at Kaprun with Pension Patricia.

The property is located in Kaprun where many attractions are based like the high altitude reservoir, Sigmund Gorge, Top of Salzburg etc. With the Summer Card provided, you enjoy these attractions free of charge. The property is clean, quiet and peaceful. So you get a good rest after spending your days enjoying. The host is very friendly and gives us many tips on the attractions.

Great and Unforgettable Stay

1- The hotel family member is friendly, helpful and wonderful. 2- The room is clean and comfortable. 3- There is cleaning room for washing the clothes. 4- There is a coffee machine and a bowl filled with a variety of fresh fruits in the lobby. 5- There is a bidet toilet with a hose & spray. 6- They clean the room daily. 7- The breakfast is good and enough. 8- There is trampoline for kids in the garden. 9- There is an apple & Apricot trees around the hotel, it is an interesting to pick up some fruit during your stay. 10- There is a cute and lovely bengal cat sitting in the lobby and moving around the garden, I like it so much 😍😍😍😍😍. 11- The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included. 12- There is a supermarket and many Hala restaurants near hotel, maximum 5 to 7 minutes walking. 13- you can refill your water from the lobby. I was totally happy during my stay and I will visit this accommodation again. Special thanks to Mr. Oliver & his team for their kindness and support. Warm Regards,

A perfect stay marked by genuine hospitality, spotless cleanliness, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.

I absolutely loved the warmth and professionalism of the staff — they were always ready to help with a smile and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. Also, the free tickets for most of Kaprun & Zee lam see activities.

The host was incredible and genuine. We had a great time at the property. All facilities were good! Bonus was free coffee all day :) The property is located in a great area in the middle of the nature. Enjoyed our stay!

All furniture was new, just I don’t like this style, is like new plastic sticker, wood color. Shower gel I don’t like, aggressive chemical. Bed was big nice and sockets with USB from both sides

I expect more from that rating value

Great location, close to the city center and restaurants. Overall room is quite good, but I will write a few issues below. I like the TV with Netflix/Apple TV etc. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were quite empty and not comfortable for me.

A few issues: - Different standards of cleaning from different employees. One cleaner made the bed and, I think, mopped the floor. It felt nice. But the other cleaner didn't do anything (except put the new toilet paper), even didn't change the towels every 2-3 days as was promised. - Sorry, but for me, breakfast is not rich, there aren't any omelette or fried eggs and no sausages, only boiled eggs from some kind of hot food. - A street light shines to your eyes all night. I had to block it with a decorative pillow (I don't like closed curtains completely). As recommendation. If you are sensitive to noise and don't want to close the window, do not agree to room №1. Window views to parking, some cars drive to the hotel between 3-4-5 am every morning (maybe it was delivery, I don't know). As a result, I didn't sleep well.

Wonderful area, clean rooms and sensational location.

The place is wonderful, clean and private. The staff are super friendly. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the area is. Great breakfast and free parking.

You’ll need a car because there’s is no public transportation (buses/trains/taxis) so a rented car is a must.

Amazing stay with Summercard included

The place is new and clean. Room is nice and techy with colored RGB lights. The host is very accommodating and nice. Gave us tips of amazing places to visit near kaprun. Summercard is amazing to have where you get free entry to the top of salzburg and many more. Location is quite and peaceful with great scenaries. At a walking distance from the city center. Kids loved the trampoline in the garden. Coffee machine available in the lobby was great.

Awesome hotel

The host is super helpful and always smiling. The reciption employee both were polite and helpful. I took family room for 4 person and was comfortable with nice view balcony. The hotel looks newly renovated, it's was very clean with nice finishung. Location is near the center , you can just walk to there. The breakfast was fresh and delicious although it's the same every day. I really enjoyed staying there and my children as well.

A great stay at a quiet pension but still close to the bars and restaurants in the center.

I was greeted with the warmest welcome by David in the afternoon, and the next morning the owner, Oliver, treated me as if i were practically an old friend. About the room--- the design and comfort of the room was amazing. Very tastefully done!
