Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, family room layout was great for a family of four with collapsible bunk beds which could be pulled down from the wall.

Just one night but the room was clean and comfortable although the broken mirror was fixed with gaffer tape so would not have been good if we had children with us. Also the hotel is on the far edge of the town so not ideal if you dont fancy walking in the snow, even though its only 10mins from the centre. Staff friendly and very helpful, breakfast decent too. Would stay again if looking for a cheap option.
