Great location

I liked it a lot because of the position near the ski bus station and also for the generous breakfast which is a must if you are going skiing in the Kaprun area. The pension also offers parking which was also a big bonus for us. The view of the mountains was wonderful also.

În our room (10) there was a smell coming from the bathroom which was quite annoying and let say not pleasant at all. Also in the evening there was also a lack of hot water pressure in the shower..

Comfortable Stay and Friendly Staff

Staff were super friendly. The kitchen is very clean. Free car parking. Area is quiet at night.

Improvement can be: 1-Having a laundry room in the hotel 2-Breakfast improvement by adding more options 3-Changing the curtains or modifying them to be black out. 4-Air conditioning would be a definite plus. 5-Iron board and an iron in the room. 6-Safety deposit box in the room.

There was a large selection at breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. The room view was beautiful.

The carpet in the room was dirty in places, but it didn't bother me. One morning the water pressure in the shower was low. I guess this is difficult to help because it is possible that the water consumption in the area around the guesthouse was also high. The bathroom extractor fan didn't work one morning and I noticed it wasn't working on other days. It wasn't connected to the light switch so it must be centrally controlled. I think it would run from 6am to 10am, then shut off when guests weren't in the property, then come back on from 6pm to around 11pm.

Very friendly staff with a comfy room that has spectacular mountain views all at a great cost! What more could you ask for? I have friends looking to bring their families to the area for holiday, and I’ve recommend they stay here!

it was a pleasant trip and accommodation

The Monika was ideal place, nice easy transport to lifts, we ski for 5 days visited the waterfalls you need a car here, and i would say its far cheaper the using taxi. We booked two rooms our teenage girls had there own room to escape, with ground floor additional room with dinning and kitchen. with breakfast... Beds were very comfortable too.

Kitchen lacked some utensils, and basic herds oils vinegar that people often leave behind, there was a big rolling cabinet for just this propose that was comply empty, being a chef this was frustrating.

Prima pension voor een weekje wintersport!

Prima accommodatie , super netjes en schoon! Super vriendelijk personeel . Wij vroegen om een waterkoker en thee op de kamer en dit kon zo geregeld worden. Prima ontbijt! Ook de locatie is super fijn! Genoeg parkeerplek, vlak bij de Ski bus halte . Je loopt in 10 min naar het centrum van kaprun!

Skvelá lyžovačka v útulnom penzióne.

Boli sme veľmi spokojní. Ubytovanie bolo skvelé - izby čisté, teplé, raňajky dobré. Personál veľmi milý a ústretový. Lyžiareň skvelá na vysušenie lyžiarok a odloženie lyží. Poloha 5 min. od zastávky SKI bus.

Keurig pension aan de Kitzsteinhorn kant van Kaprun, dus de kortste afstand met de auto.

Ik miste de mogelijkheid om buiten de ontbijttijd thee of koffie te kunnen maken.

Super Gastgeberin

Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Hat sich nach dem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und sogar uns Magnesium Tabletten zur Verfügung gestellt, nachdem wir uns nach einer Apotheke erkundigt haben. Das Frühstück war gut und in einem sehr gemütlichen Frühstücksraum. Wir haben uns rundum in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt.

Einziges Manko der geringe Wasserdruck in der Dusche sowie die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer, vorallem im Badezimmer.

Bardzo dobre śniadania, miła i przyjazna obsługa. Badzo dobra lokalizacja, czyste pokoje, w pobliżu przysyanki autobusowe, widok z okna na najwyższy szczyt w okolicy. Ilośc atrakcji w Kaprun i okolicznych miejscowościach znacznie przewyższa oczekiwania. Karta Sommercard w cenie pokoju umożliwia korzystanie z bezpłatnego transportu publicznego (autobusy, pociągi), kolejek, wyciągów i innych atrakcji.
