The food was super! And the sauna is nice.

The 1 big bed should not be two small beds merged or joined. It was not nice to sleep together with a little gap making it uncomfortable.

Good location for ski bus, sauna facilities, hot chocolate and coffees in the lobby, generous room with balcony, good and varied dinner.

Included wine - served from tap. Fruit at breakfast was quickly depleted. Dinner menu could have been more local.

the rooms are in very bad condition and uninviting, not corresponding to a 4 star hotel. we complained about our first room and the manager gave us another that was a bit better but still nowhere near the expected standard for this price range.

We had an amazing time staying in Kaprun and would like to say thank you to the staff!

room was perfect for our family of four. the baby bed was a great addition. Breakfast was by far the better of the meals with a nice variety of choices. Dinner was suitable and met our expectations

Wearing masks everywhere, the ski bus only comes every 30 minutes (every 15 would be ideal), not the most accurate info was provided about buses and routes.

The sauna was nice and the staff tried their best to help us.

In the new building we had an issue with warm water for two days, only cold water during the evening. Room airco wasn't working or with a lot of noise so not the best experience for us.

Good

We were pretty happy with paying extra for all inclusive as even though we didn't make it for the lunch we were back for the afternoon snack and the food was always good. The location of the hotel was great as we had a nice view of the mountains from our balcony and it was just 1min to the bus stop.

The shower wasn't as small as described in other reviews however I must admit that getting to the bathroom was a bit of struggle. Room itself was okay, but the walls are very thin and we were lucky enough to have very loud neighbors. Lastly the SPA is a swimming pool which isn't the best for relax as it was mainly used by kids, but you can use the sauna or steam bath (only after 4pm).

This is not a 4 start hotel. Photos on the hotel web are misleading.

Good location.

Late and incomplete room cleaning. Shower gel not replenished for two days. Insufficient capacity of dining room on Sunday due to late staying crowds of Dutch and Belgian tourists. Slippery floors in sauna, corridors and hallway to the ski depot. Entrance to the ski depot covered by black ice. Stained carpets in our rooms. Almost every day woken up between 6 and 7 am by false fire alarm (we were told that this is due to the smoke in the kitchen).

Leider, beim Abendessen Selbstbedienung und dadurch auf Grund der vielen Gäste leichtes Chaos und somit blieb der eine oder andere Wunsch unerfüllt Eine freundliche Ansprache des Personals würde möglicherweise auch helfen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles geboten, was es gibt. Das Abend Buffet war außerordentlich abwechslungsreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht. Es hat alles hervorragend gepasst.

Da gibt es nichts, außer vielleicht dass der Parkplatz extra zu bezahlen ist. Das ist ja selten üblich. Die Möbel sind etwas gebraucht, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Parkplatzmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage

Hausregeln wurden von den Gästen ignoriert und vom Personal nicht ermahnt ; Nicht barfuß in den Essbereich Rauchverbot auf der Terrasse Duschen vor betreten des Pools etc. Das Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung, jedoch merkt man, das dieses Hotel stark frequentiert bzw. die Einrichtung schon ein paar Jährchen hinter sich hat.

Nicht noch einmal. Sehr günstig aber sehr schwach

Das Essen war leider nicht überzeugend. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Die Tischunterlagen klebten förmlich am Tisch, als wären sie schon mit ihm verschmolzen. Das Schwimmbad war zudem unangenehm kalt. Beim Bezug des Zimmers fiel uns sofort der Staub auf – wir mussten selbst mit nassem Papier nachwischen und entfernten dabei eine erhebliche Menge. Zusätzlich wird für nahezu alles extra verrechnet: Der Bademantel kostet zehn Euro, die Badeschlapfen zwei Euro, der Parkplatz acht Euro pro Nacht – und so geht es weiter.

Mooi hotel in Kaprun met wellness. Goed gelegen.

Mooi hotel. Leuke wellness , goed onderhouden en proper. Mooie kamer. All inclusive was oké. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Spijtig dat er juist 2 busgroepen waren ( totaal ongeveer 60 personen) die de inkomhal hadden bezet en ook savonds in het restaurant in de 2 zalen bleven zitten waarvoor de andere gasten geen ruimte hadden om te zitten. Ook s avonds aan het buffet en s morgens was het een drukke bedoening. Beter voor deze groepen apart een buffetruimtr voorzien.

Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern besser aus als in Realität. Unsere Zimmer wies erhebliche Abnutzungsspuren am Inventar auf. Die Einrichtung war ok. Der Wellnessbereich ist ok. Aber es war eher ein Badebereich. Die Parkplatzsituation ist furchtbar. Viel zu wenige, viel zu enge Parkplätze. Das Hotel agiert, unserem Eindruck nach, nach dem Prinzip Massenabfertigung.
