Wir kommen wieder.

Da wir in der absoluten Nebensaison (Oktober) gebucht hatten, war die Rezeption selten besetzt, aber immer via Whatsapp erreichbar. Wir haben den Pool rege genutzt und auch der Saunabereich war sehr schön und gepflegt. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool war super. Sehr hochwertig ausgestattetes Appartment.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Hotel! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Sehr modenes Appartement-Hotel mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut und so wie beschrieben. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zeitlich unbeschränkte Nutzung des Pools war super! So konnte man auch zeitig früh und abends kurz rein springen... Der Weg zum kleinen Bahnhof war kurz und mit der Gästekarte konnten wir die Bahn kostenfrei nutzen, z. B. um nach Zell am See zu fahren.

Die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad mit nur einem Regalboden waren etwas begrenzt. Mit mehreren Personen im großen Appartement war das etwas zu wenig. Aber wir sind dennoch gut klargekommen.

Het is een fijn appartement, op een goede locatie bij Zell Am See, met hulpvaardig personeel.

De mooie staat van het appartement. Belangrijkst: heerlijke bedden! Alle spullen zijn van hoge kwaliteit en in goede staat. Fijne badkamer met goede douche. Prachtig uitzicht over de bergen adhv de hoge ramen. Fijn balkon (alhoewel we daar niet hebben gezeten ivm het weer). De WhatsApp customer service was fijn. Ik heb goede hulp gehad om te begrijpen waar de stofzuiger lag, hoe het wasmachine proces werkte en extra hulp om een sportschool in de buurt te vinden. Het zwembad was mooi en erg schoon en prettig om in te duiken/zwemmen (niet te veel chloor).

Er was geen afwas setje, dit was handig geweest. Ook een klein handstofzuigertje of een stoffer en blik die je staand kunt bedienen zou handig zijn om het appartement schoon te houden. Er was te weinig wc papier maar de receptie had die gelukkig liggen. Wat wij ook niet handig vonden was de wellness welke alleen tegen betaling en tijdens bepaalde uren beschikbaar was. Ook vonden wij het zwembad niet warm, terwijl het zomer is en er specifiek in de advertentie stond dat het zwembad het hele jaar door verwarmd zou worden. Het laadproces van de elektrische auto viel tegen, dit moesten wij op voorhand aanmelden, en altijd 40 euro betalen, ongeacht hoeveel je zou laden. Idealiter zou het gewoon een QR code op de paal zijn waarbij je per kWh afrekent. Er werd voorafgaand aan de reis te veel gecommuniceerd via meerdere kanalen, waardoor voor ons gevoel de belangrijkste informatie niet bleef hangen.

Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf unsere Wünsche bezüglich An- und Abreise sind sie problemlos eingegangen.

Wunderbareres Apartmenthotel mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern

Wir wurden bereits im Buchungsprozess sehr freundlich empfangen, was sich mit der herzlichen Begrüßung fortsetzte. Das Apartment war geräumig, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch kleinere Anmerkungen wurden sofort aufgeschrieben. Der Pool ist großartig und wir nutzten ihn ausgiebig. Unser Zimmer lag zwar am Pool, hatte aber die Terrasse nach hinten, was sehr zur Ruhe beitrug. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Der Pool war klasse. Das Apartment geräumig. Wir hatten eine Terrasse und einen kleinen Garten. Es war perfekt für die Kids. Und es war ruhig im Zimmer, super schallisoliert. Wir mussten das ausklappbare Sofa nutzen. Es funktionierte schnell und einfach. Und bequem war es auch. Einfacher, unkomplizierter Kontakt über WhatsApp. Sehr gastfreundlich. Wir durften füher anreisen und später abreisen, weil es die Situation zuließ. Echt toller Service!

Ein Juwel am Kitzsteinhorn - qualitativ sehr hochwertige Ausstattung

Unser Apartment und die Terrasse waren sehr geschmackvoll, bequem und modern eingerichtet. Mit der Küche waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Der Pool ist ein Highlight der Anlage. Obwohl es Oktober war, waren wir fast jeden Tag baden - sehr erholsam nach dem Skifahren. Mein Sohn ist Hausstauballergiker - er hatte hier keinerlei Probleme. Durch die solide und moderne Bauweise ist auch der Straßenlärm kein Problem - wir haben immer gut geschlafen. WLAN war ausgezeichnet.

Man braucht halt Skibus oder Auto, um zu den Skiliften zu kommen. Der Kühlschrank war manchmal etwas laut und eine dritte Steckdose für die Küchengeräte wäre nicht schlecht - aber das alles war nicht wirklich ein Problem.

Wonderful property in great location between Kaprun and Zell am See

We had a wonderful 5 days here and the property is very clean and well equipped. Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Location is very nice, a 5 min drive to Kaprun and 8 min to Zell am See... It is possible to get around without a car as there is ample bus service but a car is certainly more convenient, there are also ample walking/bike paths. The size of property was quite nice with only ~16 apartments, never feels crowded.... Pool is very refreshing, beds are super comfortable, we cant wait to go back... Our first time visiting Austria and we truly loved it, a wonderful holiday with family.

Everything was perfect from the reservation after check-out. Appreciate online check-in to safe time during arrival to Aparthotel. The equipment and accommodation are just perfect. Very modern, full of wood, and really comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool outside but warm to 24 with a sauna = which was super relaxing after skying. Owners are very sympathetic people with pro clients approach. Prosseco and Bier as the welcome drink was really nice after 6 hours of riding. One of the best places we have ever visited.

Amazing ski holiday on the glacier

What a hidden gem! Amazing place, we absolutely loved it! New building with astonishing architecture combining classic alpine house style with modernity. Very friendly staff. Great italian restaurant. Good, hot sauna and heated outdoor pool. 3 minutes to ski buss, or 30min walking to Kaprun. Super comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen. It has everything you might need at quite resonable price.

Rooms were modern and clean.

- checke in and received free upgrade - the apartment was very cold. stuff was informed several times, including messages. only in the morning one of the employees came to check and confirmed it is cold. it was impossible to sleep. - stuff acknowledged that the apartment is cold (both written and during our conversation), gave tea and cookies. our apartment was changed to another one. - i complained about the situation and the owner threatened to kick us out!! - owner sent a message suggested I give them 10 points rating in exchange for €200!!!
