A very pleasant and comfortable stay.

For the price we paid, the accommodation was excellent for the area. The location was close to the ski resort, everything was clean and pleasant, and the owner was incredibly kind. I hope to return one day. A public transport card was included in the price — we didn’t use it, but it’s a great bonus.

It was a bit pricey, but that’s typical for this location.

Great place for multi-day stay and early departure

Everything except the checkout time.

The 9am checkout was very constraining to us, and there was absolutely no flexibility about it on the part of hosts. This information should be better presented upon reservation as it’s quite unusual, and so most people will assume it must be at least 10, not bothering to check. This is what happened to us. I understand that the rooms need to be cleaned, but it would make more sense to have checkout at 10 and checkin at 15 rather than 9 and 14, respectively. Or at least be a bit more flexible. Great place otherwise.

Because of extremely expensive spa in Kaprun with disappointing quality not aligned with other Austrian facilities like that. ( I’ve paid 120E for 3h for two people to visit sauna) it would be nice to have sauna in the property. It is the only thing I would like to have more.

Appartment was new and clean. Very well equipped and comfy. Great location, the bus stop to the skiing lifts was just infront of the building, very handy. Kaprun is a beautiful little village with a lots of shops and restaurants and glacier is amazing for skiers.

The only thing I did not think about was lift. We came there with 77years old mum, and our appartment was on 2nd floor without the lift. So next time I will make sure that we will choose appartment downstairs.

The apartment is excellent – recommended!

Our entire experience was truly delightful, from the lovely apartment to the wonderful host, Sabine, and the fantastic location. Sabine's warm and welcoming nature made our stay even more enjoyable, and we were grateful for her respect for our privacy. The apartment itself was charming, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Despite being three adults, we had plenty of space, even though the apartment only had one bedroom. The location was simply perfect, as it was very close to the city center, and we had the pleasure of enjoying a view of the mountains from outside the building.

Absolutely no complaints at all – just a friendly suggestion: adding mosquito nets to the windows would be a wonderful addition. This way, guests can keep the windows open and relish the fresh mountain air without any worries about insects. Additionally, having a microwave oven in the apartment would be a nice convenience. Although its absence didn't bother us during our stay, having one could prove helpful for future guests.

We had a fantastic stay!

The appartment had everything we needed and was clean. Our view was super nice! Bakery, supermatket and some small shops are not far. Our host Sabine was very sweet and very helpful. And she put our Sommercards for us in our room. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

All was clean and beatiful! Kitchen had everything needed, good quality owen, micro and dishwasher! The host was extremely helpful and kind, whatever we needed she replied quickly and even adjusted the temperature according to our preferrences. Very convenient with the parking place in front of the house.

Awesome

Location was excellent. Sabin was super nice and helpful. Beds were really comfortable, well equipped kitchen area and very clean. We hired a ski locker by the central lift and walked to the lifts everyday. Loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

I liked everything, but then I love skiing so not much puts me off!

Freshly renewed apartments with nice and carefully crafted design. Plenty of space, good facilities. Heated ski storage. Sabine is very helpful and helped to sort out all my concerns via email before the trip. Local ski bus (going to Maiskogel) stops literally at the door, ski buses to Zell am See or Kitzsteinhorn glacier is 5 minutes walk. Lechnerberg lift which is in front of the house is for absolute beginners.

Charmante, freundliche Vermieterfamilie die flexibel auf unsere Bedürfnisse reagiert und uns sehr nützliche Informationen gegeben hat. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: zentral aber ruhig, Skischule gleich nebenan, der Dorfbus bleibt direkt vor der Unterkunft stehen,... Egal ob Sauberkeit, Vorabinfos, Ausstattung - wir haben keinerlei Beanstandungen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen wenn wir in Kaprun sind.

Rewelacyjne położenie. Wszędzie blisko. Skibus lini D przed domem. Skipass przy stoku i szkółce który jest zaraz obok. W pokojach czysto, świeżo i ciepło. W pełni wyposażone tj. płyta, mikrofala, piekarnik, czajnik, ekspres na kapsułki, naczynia, sztućce kubki. Sabine bardzo miła i pomocna. Do sklepów niedaleko . Jest ogrzewana narciarnia. Skipass na 3 ośrodki Kaprun, Zell am See, Sallbach 400 km tras. Do Zell am See i Kizenhorn skibus nr 660. (przesiadka z lini D). Miasteczko piękne i klimatyczne. Dziękuję za pobyt. Do zobaczenia.
