Great hotel with great staff, would like to come back here again.

Pet friendly and holiday hotel

Excellent location just about 100 metres from the cable car station. Breakfast is very delicious with lots of choice of food. Staff especially the front office manager, are very helpful and friendly. Daily cleaning is good and this hotel is pets friendly.

No kettle in room for preparing coffee and tea after skiing.

Lovely hotel right next to the main cable car station

The location is fantastic. Right next to the cable car station of Maiskogelbahn and there's also a big supermarket next to it. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is pretty decent too. From the balcony of the room we could see Kitsteinhorn and also the church in the town.

It would be nice if the room comes with a small fridge and maybe a kettle with some tea. Would be nice to also have a handsoap instead of sharing the same bottle for all shampoo, body wash and hand wash.

Perfect place for a ski trip!

Excellent!

The interior was very modern and functional. We had a little balcony facing the river. Next to the hotel was a supermarket. We had our dog with us too.

Water temperature in the shower was not stable.

Overall, a great stay with excellent amenities and unbeatable location!

Absolutely perfect location—right across the street from the ski lift and surrounded by restaurants and markets. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Having an underground parking slot (paid) was a big plus!

One small downside: the hotel has two buildings, and we were in the older one, which meant a short walk to the main building for breakfast. Not a real inconvenience, but worth noting. We also had a minor issue with the shower cabin occasionally overflowing.

We enjoyed ourselves in KAPRUN not from the hotel

We arrived on a family trip in Austria, the last 3 days we decided to spend in KAPRUN . I booked two rooms in the hotel I chose to upgrade one room and a regular room But when I got the room, it turned out to be old, small, cramped, cramped, claustrophobic, a very small shower. In practice I paid for an expensive room and received an outdated room. which is cheaper I was very disappointed and the whole experience of the trip was damaged The breakfast was also reasonable minus I would expect to receive compensation from the hotel for the mental anguish To positively mention the smiling receptionist that I explained my complaint during check out Willing to visit Austria again but not at this hotel Of course I won't recommend it to my thousands of followers on social media

Great place in terms of price-value ratio in a stunning region. :)

The place is elegant, well-designed, has a great atmosphere. Stuff was nice even though they were quite busy with organising a party for a group of other guests. The room was excellent and really clean. Breakfast was correct. The view and the landscape is spectacular all around. Easy to reach cable cars and hiking routes nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was ideal, right next to the main lift. The hotel was really nicely appointed and breakfast was excellent!

The beds were a little firm for me but I'm a particular fussy sleeper! The hotel had only been open a few months when we stayed so i suspect with time they will soften.

Lovely stay close to the main lift

Excellent hotel, staff incredible, very classy and modern, even though the room was bit too small, but overall excellent experience. Not even 200 meters from the main ski lift wowwwww what a luxury :) The ONLY thing I did not like was the fact that we had to pay for parking underground! This is not very customer oriented more its money oriented. Parking for this type of a hotel should be free as a part of customer service and stay.

Having to pay for parking, still do not get it how a hotel of this caliber charges for parking. Beyond logic.
