Bathroom washbasin clogged and we couldn't use, we didn't knew whom to contact, kettle or oven something that kind would be more helpful

Wir kommen wieder!

Unser Aufenhalt im Platzhirsch und unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wirklich groß. Zusätzlich noch einen großen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühle. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig und variiert sogar leicht. Die Einrichtung ist nicht zusammengewürfelt sondern durchdacht, das sieht man!

Good choice to be close to Zell am See, but strongly overpriced

Location is good - very close to Zell am See. Good, rich breakfast in very nice dinner room. Simple self check in. Free parking.

The room (declared 15m) is so small and thigh, no free point on the floor to put our luggage. The village itself - almost dead place, without any activity, no people, no shops, no any restaurants. We were forced to drive to Kaprun for the dinner. The price 230 Euro for two nights is too expensive for such kind of place, even it is close to the famous Zell am See. During our tour we stayed in some even better guesthouses for 80 -90 Euro for night.

Für den Preis hervorragend

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war echt top. Wir hatten ein schönes sauberes Apartment. Die Betten waren bequem und die Lage war auch gut. Ich war am Anfang etwas skeptisch, weil man über einen externen Link bezahlen musste, aber lasst euch davon nicht verunsichern:) Durch den Kontaktlosen Check-in ist das einchecken wirklich gut geregelt.

Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht, hat uns aber auch nicht überzeugt. Leider wurde es nur bis 9Uhr angeboten. Fand ich etwas kurz. Zudem gab es am ersten Tag ein wenig Saft, aber nicht viel und am zweiten wurde garkein Saft mehr serviert. Die Brötchen waren nicht so schmackhaft und das komplette Buffet war nicht beschriftet und man wusste nie was man für Wurst oder ähnliches isst. Wir hatten Apartment Nummer 2 und bei uns gab es das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Wir waren als zwei befreundete Paare dort. Leider konnte man das Wohnzimmer nicht mit einer Türe schließen. War dann schade zum umziehen und so.

Kostenloser Parkplatz, Frühstück o.k., lediglich statt der Aufbackwaren sollte zumindest das Gebäck vom Bäcker nebenan serviert werden, Self Check-in & -out hat gut geklappt

Sehr laut, da direkt an einer stark,befahrenen Straße, daher auch der Balkon nicht nutzbar. Sehr hellhörig, nur ein kleines Kopfkissen, sehr harte Matratze, Duschen in alter Badewanne ohne Duschwand und auf der Rückseite das Fenster als große Herausforderung, wenn man nicht alles fluten möchte. Weiters war auch heiß/kalt bei der Armatur falsch beschriftet. Auch beim einlagigen Toilettenpapier wurde gespart, sowas gab’s früher höchstens in Kroatien oder Italien. Kein Ansprechpartner, keine Info (Aushang) wann & wo das Frühstück stattfindet Frühstückspersonal spricht leider kein Deutsch

Schönes Haus

Sehr hübsch renoviertes Haus. Sehr gutes Frühstück, klein aber fein in sehr schönem Ambiente. Unkomplizierter Selbst-Check-In mit Code über Schlüsselbox. Wir hatten eines der wenigen Zimmer direkt zur Haupt- und Durchgangsstraße, diese ist bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht mehr zu hören. Großer, schöner Balkon (wenn eben auch mit Straßengeräuschen). Alles sauber und ordentlich, Abendessenmöglichkeit vorhanden, gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden.

Frühstück leider bei uns "nur" von 7-9 Uhr (für unseren Tagesstart zu früh zu Ende für einen gemütlichen Morgen). Bett für uns doch recht hart. Ich habe vom Zeitpunkt der Buchung (1 Tag im Voraus) bis zur Abreise ca. 12 Emails erhalten, das ist deutlich zu viel für meinen Geschmack.

Self check in ging makkelijk . We hadden twee kamers, heel luxe. Vanuit het dorp dat op loopafstand is, vertrekken er een aantal wandelroutes. Ook restaurants op loopafstand. Kamer 4+5 heeft mooi uitzicht op het dorp Vlak bij oldtimer museum in Kaprun Goed ontbijt

- tolle Lage - mega nettes Personal - tolles Zimmer mit perfekter Größe - tolle Sicht

- permanente laute Wasserabflussgeräusche in der Wand aus den Räumen darüber - in den Abendstunden sehe lautes Gepolter und Gedonner. Wir konnten es nicht genau lokalisieren. Aber es ging mehrere Stunden und war sehr unangenehm - Zahlungsabwicklung und Reiseinfos kompliziert über externe Internetseite außerhalb von Booking

No service in this hotel

NO SERVICE! we arrived at 17:00 PM and nobody was there, the instructions were not clear enought ( they should add photos where to look for the code box). We e ordered and paid extra for a "comfort Quadruple room" ( even though we were 2 persons since we needed 2 seperated beds, unfortunatly we recieved a key for a regular double room with one double bed. When we called the phone on our booking, we recieved a voice massage that they don't work at that time. We went to the restaurant downstairs ( where breakfast is served) and asked for a phone number of sombody from the hotel , they refused and sent us to call "Booking .com" it was very frustrating and this kind of service is unacceptable! Furthermore the room's balcony is mutual to another room next door and at night people were standing and talking at our side of the balcony. It woke us up and felt unsafe as our privacy was invaded. The hotel should make a seperation at the balcony space for each room. Our experience with this hotel was bad and I wouldn't recommand it to my friends.
