It was awesome stay

Clean room with all necessary facilities, free car parking, beautiful mountain views, near by restaurants, free breakfast, and main part is guest card, u can visit few places in the list free of cost. One in a day but still its worth.

Bathroom washbasin clogged and we couldn't use, we didn't knew whom to contact, kettle or oven something that kind would be more helpful

Good choice to be close to Zell am See, but strongly overpriced

Location is good - very close to Zell am See. Good, rich breakfast in very nice dinner room. Simple self check in. Free parking.

The room (declared 15m) is so small and thigh, no free point on the floor to put our luggage. The village itself - almost dead place, without any activity, no people, no shops, no any restaurants. We were forced to drive to Kaprun for the dinner. The price 230 Euro for two nights is too expensive for such kind of place, even it is close to the famous Zell am See. During our tour we stayed in some even better guesthouses for 80 -90 Euro for night.

NO SERVICE! we arrived at 17:00 PM and nobody was there, the instructions were not clear enought ( they should add photos where to look for the code box). We e ordered and paid extra for a "comfort Quadruple room" ( even though we were 2 persons since we needed 2 seperated beds, unfortunatly we recieved a key for a regular double room with one double bed. When we called the phone on our booking, we recieved a voice massage that they don't work at that time. We went to the restaurant downstairs ( where breakfast is served) and asked for a phone number of sombody from the hotel , they refused and sent us to call "Booking .com" it was very frustrating and this kind of service is unacceptable! Furthermore the room's balcony is mutual to another room next door and at night people were standing and talking at our side of the balcony. It woke us up and felt unsafe as our privacy was invaded. The hotel should make a seperation at the balcony space for each room. Our experience with this hotel was bad and I wouldn't recommand it to my friends.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Preisleistungs-verhältnis top!! 1 Nacht + Frühstück für gerade mal 100€ sind unschlagbar in diesem Tourismus Gebiet. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber fein. Das gesamte Hotel wurde bis auf die Badezimmer renoviert und dem modernen Stil der Region angepasst. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet reichlich Auswahl.

Die Betten im Zimmer waren etwas hart und die Zentralheizung im Gebäude zu warm fürs Schlafen eingestellt. Wir schliefen bei offenem Fenster (trotz Winter)

Es war alles sehr sauber. Der check-in Prozess war sehr unkompliziert. Beim Frühstück gabs genügend Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top.

Schade dass es keinen Beheizten Schikeller/Schischuh Heizkörper gibt, aber nicht weiter schlimm. Wäre nur ideal gewesen.

Foarte relaxant

Proprietatea este foarte aproape de gară, iar de la gară sunt doar câteva stații până în Kaprun și Zem All See. Camerele sunt spațioase, foarte curate si călduroase. View-ul este superb și, ca să nu uit, sunt magazine și restaurante în apropiere cu prețuri foarte corecte.

Legumele de la breakfast nu au fost proaspete.

De douchekop moesten we vasthouden en we stonden te douchen in het bad. Dat voelde wel wat armoedig en ook niet echt handig als je je haar moet wassen.

Wir kommen wieder!

Unser Aufenhalt im Platzhirsch und unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wirklich groß. Zusätzlich noch einen großen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühle. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig und variiert sogar leicht. Die Einrichtung ist nicht zusammengewürfelt sondern durchdacht, das sieht man!

Für den Preis hervorragend

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war echt top. Wir hatten ein schönes sauberes Apartment. Die Betten waren bequem und die Lage war auch gut. Ich war am Anfang etwas skeptisch, weil man über einen externen Link bezahlen musste, aber lasst euch davon nicht verunsichern:) Durch den Kontaktlosen Check-in ist das einchecken wirklich gut geregelt.

Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht, hat uns aber auch nicht überzeugt. Leider wurde es nur bis 9Uhr angeboten. Fand ich etwas kurz. Zudem gab es am ersten Tag ein wenig Saft, aber nicht viel und am zweiten wurde garkein Saft mehr serviert. Die Brötchen waren nicht so schmackhaft und das komplette Buffet war nicht beschriftet und man wusste nie was man für Wurst oder ähnliches isst. Wir hatten Apartment Nummer 2 und bei uns gab es das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Wir waren als zwei befreundete Paare dort. Leider konnte man das Wohnzimmer nicht mit einer Türe schließen. War dann schade zum umziehen und so.
