Lovely stay in the excellent location with spa day as bonus

Top breakfast, wide options plus tasty salmon. Very clean hotel, located right near gondola lift to the top of Salzburg. Nice staff, always open to questions. Good food in the restaurant and spa day included in Tauern spa - perfect for ski holiday ❤️

I would suggest to add drying rack or more hangers for drying ski clothes. Also, pillows are flat to my taste, neck hurt. Other than that - nothing to add. I loved the stay and the hotel restaurant.

Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Just a 2-minute walk to the ski lift, with very friendly staff and delicious food in the restaurant. We stayed on the lower floor, so in the evenings we could hear some noise from the kitchen—if you’re sensitive to sounds, bring earplugs. The SPA was included in the price, but we didn’t go as we were tired after skiing. However, the staff kindly offered it and mentioned it’s about a 10-minute walk away. We definitely recommend this place and will return ourselves!

The only downside: it would have been perfect if the hotel had a sauna and pool inside. Could use a door mat in the room, as we bring some dirt from outside on shoes.

Comparing to the highest level (4&5* hotels) a bit change in the breakfast offering would be awesome, also we believe the breakfast offer was great even now.

Exceptional

We stayed in this apartment hotel for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The location is wonderfull and close to everything, the staff was super helpful and nice, the apartment had everything we need and even more and also very well designed. The hotel also provid us with the Kaprun Zell am See summer card and free entrance to the Tauren Spa so basicelly all outdoor activities we did were covered. We had such a great time and definitely will recommend our friends to visit. Thank you!!

A good located hotel with nice staff however the construction site next to the hotel ruins the view and is extremly nois

reception was not open most times , there is a construction sote that is noisy, there is no ciew fue to the construction site. bed is not comfortable

Free access to the Tauern Spa was amazing! Also underground parking, heated skiroom, great breakfast and nice hosts!

The room was quite warm and could only be cooled down by opening a window, which means noise from outside (apres ski bars, construction, etc)

great hospitality! Barbara was a fantastic host. we booked two separate rooms and Barbara offered to upgrade us to a family room. We also got a ski locker and parking included. thanks so much! we will be back!

Good atmosphere

Clean rooms, kind staff who issued us a Zell am see certificate and it is also possible to get free admission to the local spa. There is a restaurant with a great atmosphere.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was just perfect - the hotel, the room, personnel, cleanliness, and of course location. Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card is a perfect addition to the stay, saves a lot of money on sightseeing. Highly recommend and definitely will be back.

Zeer mooi hotel/appartementen complex op een top lokatie in het dorp

Prima en schone kamer met grote badkamer, bed, klein keukentje en balkon. Zeer goed ontbijt. Zeer gevarieerd en alles voldoende aanwezig. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Goed en gezellig restaurant.
