The staff are great, and are very friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is in the center of town and close to whatever you need.

Excellent accommodation and an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from the beginning. The host was very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony. I also really enjoyed the excellent breakfast.
A great bonus was the Sommercard, which was included in the stay, as well as admission to Tauern Spa. I also appreciated the option of parking in the garage.
Overall, Die Schneiderei is one of the best places I have stayed in the Kaprun–Zell am See region. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The location was convenient and close to everything.
Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall comfort of the property. We found several silverfish inside the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was also weak, and the pillows were not very comfortable. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance and attention to cleanliness.
